We called Robinsons because of needed repair on three toilets and installation of a replacement garbage disposal. Rodney called to let us know 45 minutes in advance that he would be arriving. He arrived within the promised window of appointment times. He came prepared with the replacement parts and equipment needed. He offered options for repair/replacement work based on cost. He did a thorough job of explaining the options and the possible outcomes. Rodney then completed the work in an efficient manner and cleaned up after himself. Overall, we are pleased with the experience and would call on Robinson's Plumbing Service again.

On Sunday (5/3) I had a gas leak at the pipe on my hot water tank (verified by the gas company) and my service was turned off because the gas company technician could not fix the problem. I call Robinson Plumbing who recently installed my tank. The representative on the phone was very helpful and got a technician out in less then 1 hour. Preston arrived at 6 pm and was finished by 7 pm. I believe Preston went above and beyond what most Plumbers would of done to fix my leak. He could of only tightened the pipe fitting to stop the leak and be done. However, he accessed the location of the furnish and the water heater and made the determination to replace and extend the pipe in order to have easier access to the valve. He also replaced the copper line with a flex connector. Preston's professionalism was subperb. He took time to explain to me what he was doing and to answer all my questions. I'm very happy with the overall experience with Robinson's Plumming Thank you. Kevin

We found a leak around the garbage disposal under our kitchen sink, with the floor of the cabinet flooded. After removing the water, we found the disposal leaking. We placed a pail under it and called Robinson's. The technician came this afternoon, ahead of the scheduled time frame. Dustin diagnosed the issue, saying the disposal was done and needed to be replaced. He asked if we want a new one, and I said yes. Dustin retrieved it from his truck, installed it, tested it and pronounced it ready to use! He carried the old disposal unit with him. This is our third use of Robinson's Plumbing Services. The techs have been very professional and knowledgeable, and were able to rectify the problems to our great satisfaction. We will likely be calling Robinson's for our next plumbing issue ....

I'd like to thank the technician, Reef, who was prompt, courteous and efficient. He acted in a professional manner as he explained how he would proceed to add our outdoor faucet. He did the job in an hour. Thanks very much, Reef!

What competent and hard working professionals (Daniel & Reef) appeared ON TIME today to fix a variety of little plumbing tasks. They expertly guided us into replacing our hot water heater, and didn't seem to mind working in the crawlspace. They were GREAT with our rescue dogs and cats, and we will definitely use their services if ever needed in the future.

My experience - WONDERFUL. The came, they found the trouble and they fixed the problem. The representative (Daniel) was very polite, showed he knew what he was doing and did it promptly. I like that he explained what was done and where. I would definitely recommend this company to others. Wonderful job, thank you.

Very happy with my experience. I contacted three different companies to get an estimate for a job, Robinson's Plumbing was the first to reply and had the lowest cost. They scheduled the service very quickly and the technician Dustin arrived on time. He even called ahead of time to confirm the appointment. When he arrived he was very polite and professional and he managed to fix the problem super fast. Afterwards he gave a courtesy check of other areas and gave some advice and pointed out things to look for. Really was quite impressed with the service. From now on I will always call them and I recommend them to all. Thanks a lot!

Wanted to say "thank you" to Daniel for fixing our plumbing issues today! He was very professional, efficient, & did a great job. We enjoyed chatting with him as he was finishing the job too. Made us feel like he was a good friend. I was also impressed with the staff while making the appointment. Very friendly & was able to set up appointment right away. If/when we need any plumbing work done, I will specifically ask for Daniel.
