My experience - WONDERFUL. The came, they found the trouble and they fixed the problem. The representative (Daniel) was very polite, showed he knew what he was doing and did it promptly. I like that he explained what was done and where. I would definitely recommend this company to others. Wonderful job, thank you.

The most recent arctic blast left us with a busted water main. After numerous phone calls to various plumbers in the area, we were lucky with a prompt response from Robinson's. Our technician, Daniel, was courteous and meticulous with his work, even after a fast sprint out to the street to turn off our water and getting completely soaked in single digit temperatures. He never once complained. This was our first time using Robinson's Plumbing and we will definitely use them in the future.

I phoned Robinson's regarding a leaky tub faucet. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant and thoroughly explained their service procedures. I was then offered a range of appointment times. The service technician Eric arrived on time, was also very pleasant and offered solutions and pricing. I made my selection and the work was performed at that time. I will recommend Robinson's to my friends.

I have requested local plumbers to my home several times since I've owned it. The plumbers from Robinson's Plumbing have been the friendliest, most helpful, and have done the best work, even picking up and fixing what previous plumbers have left behind. I'm especially grateful for Preston and Jason, who did great work in the bitter cold, and Kyle who gave my wife and I tips to maintain our equipment so we won't need to call them. They were recommended by a contractor we've used, and I'm happy to recommend them myself.

Immediate response on the phone with excellent assistance and scheduling by Michelle. Technician, Daniel, showed up during scheduled time and proved to be polite, knowledgeable, personable, understanding and very good at his job; working quickly to complete the necessary tasks. Given the circumstances of the emergency (broken pipe under house) and backlog of other customers experiencing similar problems, I was extremely happy with the way in which Robinson's handled the situation. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Robinson's Plumbing Services today. I scheduled a request for service online and received a prompt call back to schedule a date and time. Rodney came here on time, completely prepared, and seemed very knowledgeable. He had everything diagnosed and fixed within 2 hours. Before making any repairs he went over the pricing with me and everything he was going to do. He fully cleaned everything up and even though it was a rainy day he did not track any moisture or mud into my house (he wore shoe covers and it was greatly appreciated). Overall this was a very positive experience and I would recommend this company and specifically Rodney to anyone.

NIGHTMARE. plumber came out once, "fixed the problem", left, and after 15 minutes the place was flooded again. after i spent a few hours drying it out after the initial pipe burst. plumber closed off wrong valve, turned water supply back on, and it fixed nothing. then he GRACIOUSLY came out a second time, after their office administrator informed me there'd be a SECOND service call charge, ignoring completely that the problem wasn't fixed at all. after i described what was happening she said she'd come out there to check it out herself.....and, naturally, never showed up. after showing up for the second time - and complaining that i pulled him away from a job he was on - the plumber STILL had no clue what the problem was. i believe his quote was "well this one here's a mystery for the ages..." and i ended up with a $130 bill (thankfully refunded by insurance) and NOTHING FIXED. next day contractor hired for the restoration of the home fixed the entire problem in 20 minutes.

We had a great experience with Rob and the company. Very quick phone call was returned following my online inquiry. Rob came out today (Christmas Eve) to assess the problem and install a new hot water heater. I originally called another company first, before finding Robinson's, and they had a service call fee half of Robinson's.....BUT, then I thought back to several other times when I tried to save a buck and REALLY regretted it (Painter and Construction service)! You almost ALWAYS get what you pay for, plus if you want to hire and keep quality plumbers, you probably need to pay them what they are worth which equates to having some cost increases. I bring this up because another reviewer seemed upset for being charged considerabily more by this company versus another. Remember, compare apples to apples. Glad I stayed with Robinson's. Rob was extremely knowledgable, clearly knew plumbing and his products well, and even helped us trouble shoot a separate problem with a bathroom remodel I am working on. Excellent service. I will absolutely be calling them in the future for assistance with any other projects or problems we come across.
