On Sunday (5/3) I had a gas leak at the pipe on my hot water tank (verified by the gas company) and my service was turned off because the gas company technician could not fix the problem. I call Robinson Plumbing who recently installed my tank. The representative on the phone was very helpful and got a technician out in less then 1 hour. Preston arrived at 6 pm and was finished by 7 pm. I believe Preston went above and beyond what most Plumbers would of done to fix my leak. He could of only tightened the pipe fitting to stop the leak and be done. However, he accessed the location of the furnish and the water heater and made the determination to replace and extend the pipe in order to have easier access to the valve. He also replaced the copper line with a flex connector. Preston's professionalism was subperb. He took time to explain to me what he was doing and to answer all my questions. I'm very happy with the overall experience with Robinson's Plumming Thank you. Kevin

Very happy with my experience. I contacted three different companies to get an estimate for a job, Robinson's Plumbing was the first to reply and had the lowest cost. They scheduled the service very quickly and the technician Dustin arrived on time. He even called ahead of time to confirm the appointment. When he arrived he was very polite and professional and he managed to fix the problem super fast. Afterwards he gave a courtesy check of other areas and gave some advice and pointed out things to look for. Really was quite impressed with the service. From now on I will always call them and I recommend them to all. Thanks a lot!

Rodney of Robinson's Plumbing Services did a great job of replacing the polybutylene pipe in our home today with pex pipe. He was thorough and explained in detail all that he did. Good job!

NIGHTMARE. plumber came out once, "fixed the problem", left, and after 15 minutes the place was flooded again. after i spent a few hours drying it out after the initial pipe burst. plumber closed off wrong valve, turned water supply back on, and it fixed nothing. then he GRACIOUSLY came out a second time, after their office administrator informed me there'd be a SECOND service call charge, ignoring completely that the problem wasn't fixed at all. after i described what was happening she said she'd come out there to check it out herself.....and, naturally, never showed up. after showing up for the second time - and complaining that i pulled him away from a job he was on - the plumber STILL had no clue what the problem was. i believe his quote was "well this one here's a mystery for the ages..." and i ended up with a $130 bill (thankfully refunded by insurance) and NOTHING FIXED. next day contractor hired for the restoration of the home fixed the entire problem in 20 minutes.

My experience - WONDERFUL. The came, they found the trouble and they fixed the problem. The representative (Daniel) was very polite, showed he knew what he was doing and did it promptly. I like that he explained what was done and where. I would definitely recommend this company to others. Wonderful job, thank you.

The most recent arctic blast left us with a busted water main. After numerous phone calls to various plumbers in the area, we were lucky with a prompt response from Robinson's. Our technician, Daniel, was courteous and meticulous with his work, even after a fast sprint out to the street to turn off our water and getting completely soaked in single digit temperatures. He never once complained. This was our first time using Robinson's Plumbing and we will definitely use them in the future.

Immediate response on the phone with excellent assistance and scheduling by Michelle. Technician, Daniel, showed up during scheduled time and proved to be polite, knowledgeable, personable, understanding and very good at his job; working quickly to complete the necessary tasks. Given the circumstances of the emergency (broken pipe under house) and backlog of other customers experiencing similar problems, I was extremely happy with the way in which Robinson's handled the situation. Highly recommended!

Great experience with Daniel. He came in on an emergency call at 3AM, in 4 degree weather, to repair burst pipes. How one can remain calm, professional and competent at such an hour and in those conditions is beyond me. But he did and my wife and I both appreciated it. We had a couple of follow up visits from that experience - completely understandable under the circumstances - and Daniel took care of all of it and stood behind his work. I've worked with a few different plumbing companies during my time in Richmond, but none have matched the quality and integrity of Robinson's.
