I didn't end up going here. We had purchased a car that smelled pretty badly of smoke. When I called to schedule an appointment for a detailing and ozone treatment the employee recommended that I bring the car in on Thursday, July 3rd and they'd leave the ozone running in it over the whole holiday weekend. This would have destroyed the interior! I can't trust someone that would make a mistake that simple. Edit: Apparently the guy I talked to on the phone wasn't one that does the detailing so he didn't know what he was talking about. The manager called me and gave me a pretty good deal on detailing the interior plus the ozone. They did a great job of getting rid of the smoke smell.

Comment: Dear Gustavo, Just wanted to say thank you for helping me purchase the 09 pontiac vibe you were selling. You are very good at providing a honest quality service to your customer. I appreciate it when you will willing to look the cost of things for me, repairs for the vehicle, and that you told me up front that the cover on the bumper had been replace on the car. It is really nice to work out a deal with someone that you feel like has your best interest in mind and is honest and not pushy about selling vehicles. To any other customers that would be doing business with Gustavo in the future I would highly recommend him. I would rate him 5/5 stars He is a honest guy and enjoyable to work with. Thanks again Mitch Greaves

I saw the Groupon for auto detailing from Auto Maxima and thought I would give them a try. I have a 98 Toyota Camry that I had not been washed in years. I was very impressed with the job they did. When I got the car back, the I looked in all of the nooks and crevices and they had it all sparkling. Great job at a great value!.

I brought my car to get a window fixed. They originally thought two parts needed replacing and quoted me the price for both parts. When I came back to pay for the repair they let me know that only one part was needed and they wouldn't be charging me the full amount. Loved the honesty!

I used my Living Social coupon at Auto Maxima and they treated me as if I were a full-paying customer. They exceeded expectations and I'm going back for additional help with my headlights and an exterior scratch/paint job. I am impressed with their kindness and customer service. I have told a handful of people about my positive experience and hope to share it with more. I highly recommend taking your car to see them.

My experience was remarkably similar to that described by the review on October 20th. While negotiating a price on a 2005 Subaru Baja the biggest problem presented by Gustavo was a missing hub cap. Clean title and no accidents on the car fax. Moments before taking it to a repair shop for inspection Gustavo mentions it had a minor accident. Repair shop says "unibody is bent...both rear have signs of wheels falling off" (skid marks on body). This was no minor accident according to them, and they strongly recommended not buying it even at $4,000 below blue book price. Given that Milla and Gustavo do collision repair, and that the carfax indicates almost no miles have been added to the car since February, I would guess they conducted major collision repair on the vehicle and concealed this fact. Don't trust these guys!
