I gave this place two stars, the only reason I didn't give it one was that the pizza was awesome, some of the best I've found in KC. The reason I hated this place was the service, it was just awful. We got there and the waitress asked if we were dining in or carry out. I looked at the time and we had about 40 minutes, so I said dine in. She told us to pick any seat and she would be right with us. We sat and waited, for a total of 8 minutes, and I realized dining in would not be an option at this rate and hoped carryout may be quicker option. So we got up and placed a carry out order, 2 slices of pepperoni and an order of mozzarella sticks. The waitress said it would be about 10 minutes until the pepperoni they were cooking would be ready. I thought perfect, we would get the pizza in plenty of time and it would be fresh. So we waited, and waited. Finally 23 minutes later our food was ready. First thing we noticed was that the mozzarella sticks had been ready for quite awhile, they had started to cool and go soft. The pizza on the other hand was very fresh, and also very amazing. So -5 stars for service, +1 for the pizza, definitely not worth putting up with the service for the pizza.
