Since November 22, Wallet has me on some sort of mysterious hold. My account says "Verified", yet Google wants nothing to do with my card.
I have received emails from Wallet to submit some of my details for verification, and after going to the provided link (I checked it was from El Goog, checked the SSL cert, etc) and have been through the document verification dance with no dice.
I linked my bank account to my Wallet account successfully, and still no dice.
When calling support, I am told that I am on some sort of "security hold" that they cannot give me more details about. Support personnel (I have gone through 4 support personnel and one supervisor... hello Raymond!) promise the moon when it comes to emailing me after the call with detailed information about my situation, yet all I get from them is the exact same boilerplate support email.
This is not the way to run a payment processor. All wallet needs to do is take my measly dollars.
