Twice we've had Roto-Rooter out here in emergency situations. (Though the second time was more of a husband put something off and I called fed up with not having my bathroom sink operational!) Both times the men who came out were wonderful. The first time the man actually said he couldn't do it and sent someone who could on the second day after making sure nothing would leak anywhere! (Which I felt was excellent service to back down when he knew he couldn't do it) The second time was a fairly simple thing but something I was desperate to have done and the person was friendly, helpful, listened to me be frustrated about the situation (and even laughed and made faces at my three year old, who was *delighted*) Hands down, they may be a bit more expensive overall than other people I've called and checked prices with, but I am always, always satisfied and confident that the work I'm getting is going to be good from them here. So give them a call.

Bought a rocking recliner from them just prior to my daughter being born. By the time she was just over a year old it was actually falling apart and breaking down in multiple places. Not just the material, the mechanics as well. I know next time to pay the little bit extra on a La-Z-Boy so the furniture is actually quality. It definitely would have been worth the extra hundred dollars not to throw out a piece of furniture less than two years after I bought it.
