I do not recommend this salon for laser hair removal. I dropped $2,000 upfront for 6 laser treatments. I specifically asked the gal who sold me my package if this included touch ups because I did not think 6 treatments would be sufficient to fully remove all my unwanted hair. The gal insisted 6 treatments would be sufficient and also told me that if I did not see the results I wanted after my 6 treatments that she would most definitely give me touch ups and that she would also put free tans onto my account. I recommended friends and family to this salon when I first began my laser treatments and a couple of them purchased packages themselves. Now, having finished my 6th treatment, I have absolutely minimal results. These poor results are also testimonies from the family and friends I sent to this salon. After my 6th treatment, the salon then said I could pay an additional $300 for 3 more treatments to see if I could achieve better hair removal results. I paid this salon $2,000 for a job that was not finished, nor did they keep to their word about touch ups, and they wanted me to pay more money for something that was not working. I understand every business needs to make a profit, however I feel that I was lied and manipulated to just so a sales associate good meet their monthly sales quota. I will not be recommending friends or family to this salon ever again as I am so unhappy with the end result. It was a waste of time and money, and I am still shaving just as frequent as I was prior to beginning my laser treatments.

I have been coming here for about a year now and have used multiple services with them, all with very good results. When I first visited the Tigard location it was for a massage that was purchased for me as a gift, very relaxing and the staff was extremely courteous. I came back to inquire on their cellulite reduction treatments for the back of my legs, this too was very good for me, although it took 8 treatments instead of the 6 that they thought it would take, overall I was still very happy with how smooth my legs looked. I have also been here for Botox injections since my regular clinic prices were a bit higher than I felt they should be. The appointment ran a few minutes behind on the schedule, but other than that I was very pleased with all the med spa service I have received here. I will continue to do beauty services with them.

Laser hair removal in Tigard has been tough for me to find, at least a place where I feel I am actually getting results. I started here about 4 months ago and after my third hair removal treatment, I can finally say I feel like my money was well spent. I was referred here by a girlfriend of mine who uses them for Botox and Juvederm injections. She swears by their doctor so I figured they must be good at what they are providing. A wonderful place to visit, thank you for the great services you offer.

I was given a Groupon massage voucher as a gift. When i called to make my appointment the gal mentioned I could upgrade to a 90 min, deep tissue, sports, hot stone and/or aromatherapy massage if I wanted to. Since the massage itself was a gift I thought why not. I upgraded to a deep tissue with aromatherapy. The massage was AMAZING and I've had many massages. I've had "memberships" at other places and this massage was the best I've had by far. So much so I purchased a package of 12 for a very reasonable price.

I found a great place to go tanning in Beaverton and just love the people there. The store was much cleaner than the last place I was at and that certainly was a bonus for me. Once I am done vacationing this summer I plan to start laser hair removal treatments, I cannot wait for that! Well worth the visit and recommended.

Cellulite treatment at their Tigard location was a blessing. I lost a lot of weight and have tried to tone up in the last year. Now my biggest concern was getting rid of cellulite. I was familiar with this company and had great service on prior visits with the laser hair removal. They have a cellulite reduction plan using their cellupule device, what a difference it has made. Technicians are very knowledgeable and the service provided was once again very good.

I went to the Tigard location for Pixel treatment - what it did to my face was amazing! It took off my dead skin, lightened my age spots and tightened my face. There was a 1 or 2 days of down time but it was minimal. I can't believe how young my face looks after 1 treatment, can't wait to get my 2 other treatments. The facility at Tigard was clean, the staff was very professional and knowledgeable!

What a joke and HUGE waste of my time! 1st: If you're going to call yourself a med spa maybe you should look less like a tanning salon. 2nd: If you insist on having fake flowers and tacky decor throughout consider dusting regularly! 3rd: If you're going to sell promos on Groupon you should probably figure out how to factor in proper scheduling and product supply before you actually book clients for said services. My husband was sweet enough to purchase me a gift from UTMS via Groupon. I called on a Monday and was scheduled for a Thursday appointment that same week, which happened to be my birthday. As I'm sure many would be I was excited, especially considering I had a huge dinner party planned the next day. This location not being close to my house at all I had to plan travel time, which was 1 hour due to the fact that I was scheduled for a 5 o'clock appointment and was facing nasty traffic. I also figured there would be paperwork involved, so that too was another reason for ample arrival time. Once I arrived I was greeted by the front desk person who was very pleasant. I was 20 minutes early, she handed me the required paperwork and I got started. 10 minutes later a woman walks in (with a lab coat in hand, apparently this makes her look more the role?), passes me with a smile. I eagerly wait and notice that another woman has come in and is too waiting (Mind you when I scheduled the app I was told I would be the "Dr's" 1st app). The doctor comes out and chats quietly with the receptionist and she nods and points to me and then the other woman. The doctor heads to me and says "Jennifer", no I say. She turns to the other woman and at 4:48 heads back!!! WAIT?!? WHAT?!? I say to the receptionist, is she running behind? She then stands up and approaches me, crosses her legs like a adolescent preteen who's been caught in a lie and says to me "I'm just going to be honest with you...BLAH BLAH BLAH EXCUSE EXCUSE EXCUSE... someone made a mistake and we don't have the product here to do your service". WAIT...WHAT!!! Isn't that something you factor into upon setting a schedule of clients?!? Ive been doing hair for a decade and I've ALWAYS checked inventory to make sure I wouldn't be out of whats needed based off of my bookings. She then says to me, "well we're trying to get the product from another location but no one seems to be getting back to me. Can you just wait 20 minutes and I can let you know if we'll be getting anymore tonight" AGAIN...WHAT! Then she tells me how their obviously going to be comping me some services...NO THANKS. And her solution was "I don't know what to do?" UH HOW ABOUT A REFUND! No that wasn't going to happen, she said I had to contact Groupon for that. COME ON PEOPLE! You just wasted and completely disrespected and disregarded what I had to do to put this together. I'm a mother of two kids and needed to find sitters for them, then had to battle traffic only to have to get back into the car to head home at 5!!! You people suck! Yeah how about a refund and a check to compensate for my wasyed time, gas money and sitter fees!
