The worst customer service ever! They don't care about the customer or giving the service, the only thing they care about is getting money and steeling!! They are experts in SCAMMING!! They lied many times and they burned my skin many times. It is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had!! I feel that giving them one star rating is too much, they even do not deserve a one star!!

It went from Ultimate Tan and Spa to Sanita Tan and Spa, to recently since the beginning of the year 2016 Tigard Tan and Spa.... I bought several packages from Ultimate , massages , hair removal ....I was a customer since early 2012 if not before . My credit remaining were rolled over with Sanita, but apparently with the new name Tigard Med and spa I have to pay a fee of $15 for each session left of my hair laser removal and $20 each massages !!!! $20 additional when i bought a pack of 10 massages at $40 each originally, what's the point!??? No letter was sent- they had still all my info , but didn't call or email to inform that you will basically loose your credit .They didn't feel sorry ... The new owner was even there and basically told me "you already lost your $40, just forget about it " to convince my to pay $20 more for a massage! Customer for 4 years , I new the staff that they let go little by little , and now I will never go back !

Absolute WORST run spa ever. Don't deserve to be in business. Often don't answer the phone and outgoing message is a 5 minute commercial of their services. You leave a message, they don't call back. I bought a package of facials and massages. A full 1/3 of the time I have showed up for my appt to find out the service tech I'm to see has called in sick. Once, I went for a massage and they said the hot stones were dirty (they only have one set) and would take too long to heat up and the masseuse on duty didn't do deep tissue. Another time, the masseuse regaled me with stories of her menstrual cycle through the whole massage. Twice, for facials, the steamer was broken. Another time, she'd left her tools at the Hillsboro spa. And yet another, the mask she was going to put on my face hardened to clay before she got it out of the bowl and she spent the whole time cleaning the bowl and all I got for a facial was some lotion on my face. Twice I asked to speak to the owner. I even called her. Never heard back. Heard later "she doesn't like to get involved in those types of things." But she never referred it to someone who would!! Seriously - do NOT go to this place.

Always helpful and friendly, but after scheduling massages 3 months in advance..the last four have been cancelled. And I've been advised that any services I purchased that are not used by May will all be lost. Wow.

The new owner Kurt is not customer friendly at all! He reluctantly honored a previously purchased massage package and then he attempted to charge me an additional fee after my massage was finished by chasing me down in the parking lot! He should be humiliated by his behavior! Jose was my massage therapist and is AMAZING! I really hope that he can find future employment elsewhere as I can only imagine how Kurt is treating his acquired employees. I will not be returning to this business in the future but hope to see Jose elsewhere for a massage in the future!

WORST PLACE EVER! Supposedly this Med Spa went bankrupt (surprise!) and won't honor a Groupon I purchases. When you call the spa you never get a live person, only a recording and very seldom do they return your call. Find a reputable plastic surgeon and pay a little extra for quality work. Just another fly-by-night spa! PASS!!!!!!!!!!!

They have gone out of business sold. Will not honor All of my packages. Wants me to pay him to be honored. Been through this with Forever Young.....SHAME
