The rooms are nice and clean. The thermostat is horrible. It was either too hot or too cold. I could never get it regulated. The shower was a degree or two above luke warm. The food was decent but watch out for room service. They will rip you off. $3 delivery charge plus 21% on top of that which is suppose to be part of the gratuity, but when they arrive with the food they stand there waiting for a tip. We were stuck on the crappy side of the conference hall. The carpets were wet. The room smelled musty. We could not get the staff to get room temp regulated. They said they tried but nothing changed. Would I stay there again if i were not there for a conference.... Maybe.... If i couldn't get into the Grand Hyatt down the road.

When I was a young man full service gas stations still existed. You paid more for the gas but they checked your oil, washed your windows, and checked the air in the tires. Why does a full service hotel charge separately for everything? Seriously $9.95 a day to check email, $15.95 if you want to watch youtube? No microwave or refrigerator unless you pay an additional $15.00 per day. My stay was pleasant and the staff was very polite and friendly.

The hotel was terrible. Not only were we charged 4 times for our room, but the staff was incredibly rude when we tried to have it sorted out. The room was very small for the price to begin with. Also we were charged a hefty smoking fee for standing on the balcony. Thats right, not smoking on the balcony, merely being seen standing out there. We don't smoke. I would never stay in this hotel again.

Room 404 / No AC, so around 3am I wake up sweating and noticed both my kids also tore the covers off them to cool off, at this point what can you do? Nothing but open the window and be happy it's 65 outside. I don't understand how this is a 4 star hotel either due to the location and no hot tub or fancy entrance. Let's just say I won't be using Priceline name your price again, just so I don't get stuck in a sh!t hole like this, let's not forget it's located dead center of the airport so it's not quite by any means.

I've been here for 4 weeks now going on 5 next week because of the company I work for. This place has done nothing but nickel and dime since I have been here. There are no fridges or microwaves in any of the rooms. You can get a fridge for a $15.00 fee after they charge you the ridiculous room fees. The food in the resteraunts is terrible with the exception of Mr. G's which is excellent but be prepared to spend $140.00 for 2 people to eat. After the second week of being here I became bored with the minimum channels they offer on their television. That being said I went and purchased a cheap dvd player and some movies. I get up to my room with my recent purchase and excited to actually get some entertainment that I didn't have to pay a ridiculously overcharged price for just to find out that they disabled the video inputs on the television so that I couldn't get a reasonably priced entertainment option. Once again I'm being nickel and dimed and having to pay $17.00 for some shitty movie when I want to watch one. All in all if you like being price gouged and shitty service than this is the place for you.

The Hyatt Regency is past it's prime. No free Wi-Fi? No fridge or microwave? No air conditioning (yes, that's right. This hotel is cooled by evaporative liquid cooling) which to be fair, seems to work ok, but don't expect to get chilly. They stick it to you on everything in this hotel, from the lousy overpriced food and internet starting at $10 a day. Don't expect free water, cookies, or anything else here. In your room you'll find the patio door is old and worn with a flimsy pin jammed in it to keep kids from plummeting 10 floors below. I'm terrified my 2.5yo son will get adventurous in the middle of the night since there's no way to really secure the door. I guess I'll jam one the chairs in the slide to stop it from opening. What's with the Wi-Fi? who doesn't offer guests free access to Wi-Fi? All that does is make a guest feel like they're getting stiffed. McDonald's give free Wi-Fi... As does every other hotel chain in America.

If you must stay near the airport, then I guess it isn't bad. The hotel is nice and clean, and there's a restaurant on the first floor if you don't want to travel far. However, don't expect much scenery as the surroundings feel very industrial because you're at an airport.
