It was a beautiful experience. Very calm, quiet and beautiful location, with lots of trees and plants around. Beautiful and well maintained cottages, with all necessary amenities. Good services, nice and clean indoor n external pools, good play areas and picnic areas. Would love to come again.

My family has been coming here for over 20 years. This is a good place to invest in a timeshare if you want to get away for a weekend. This property is a neighbor to SeaWorld Parks Water Country USA and is less than 10 minutes from Busch Gardens Williamsburg. Local shops and dining gives a good feel for the Williamsburg.

Buyer beware. We were contacted (not the other way around) to come for a tour. We were told after checking in to be at the meeting at 830 am the next day. Ok, no problem. When we walked in at 8:26 am we were asked to fill out a paper. We then sat and waited for 40 minutes before being called back. We were patient, we understand being busy what we don't understand is why the people walking in after us went back first? Then when we met our rep we told him we waited 40 minutes and he asked if we wanted coffee. Would have been nice to be able to get that while we were waiting... after listening to the presentation, and being told it was going to be quick... lo and behold it's another 60 minutes listening to a woman ramble. Our rep at this point told us he made his boss angry and we were being mistreated so he wouldn't be able to make a sale and he'd get fired. Made us walk to see the property while others were being chauffeured around in golf carts. Please. Just avoid the sales pitch. I don't need someone trying to make me feel like I did something wrong by going on a tour they invited me to do. If you're not an owner here you'll be treated little better than dirt. Speaking of dirt, the rooms feel dirty and look old. We called for 3 pillows on account that we had 5 people sleeping in a room supposed to sleep six. Was told we could only get 2 extra pillows not 3. Sales rep said after I told him this that if we were owners they'd have brought a whole truckload of pilllows. Provided coffee but no filters for the maker. Only bright side is we will only be spending 3 nights here. Won't come back, bad first impressions.

Rooms are wonderful, pools are clean and easily accessible. Everything about the resort is awesome and I recommend trying everything offered. Close proximity to both Busch Gardens and Water Country parks, meaning even more fun.

I want to start off by saying when I first bought into Kings Creek Plantation it was made out to be an "out of this world" experience. I bought into the new area called the "estates", and when you think of the word "estates" you would think top of the line, clean, luxury, etc....... Nope didn't get that. The outside of the building was dirty, the inside carpet was extremely stained, there were cracks in the walls, there was mud/dirt splattered on the bathroom floor, and the whirltub came on and off when ever it wanted (told by maintenance that it's a known problem and just cut it off using the breaker).....water and electricity don't go together. I asked for another set of towels and was told it would be $2.50ea, asked for more laundry soap, it took 4hrs for that to get there, and complained again about the tub and still not fixed on day 2. I had to leave and go out to a place that isn't conducive to service animals song had to leave mine at home (which he has a pin he's in). I get back and while having to get groceries etc on the way back home our key wouldn't work..... Went up there to the front and they said there was complaints of an aggressive dog barking at the door....again my dog has a pin so couldn't be at the door. They asked my partner for my service animals documents (which under the ADA isn't allowed), then I asked for the manager to call me. I waited almost 2 hrs and no call so I called up there. I spoke with the lady that actually asked my partner for the documents and asked who told her to ask for them...... She then put me on the phone with a supervisor which told me that the lady was new that's why she asked for the documents (1. Not to be rude but not my not the new lady's issue she wasn't properly trained. 2. When talking with the supervisor she never ever once apologized for anything at all.). When I told the supervisor that there's no way that my dog was at the door barking aggressively because he has a pin, she then told me that her and another rep went out to verify and couldn't get in the unit because the dog was so aggressive. I told her very briskly that I would call her bluff that I know for a fact that he wasn't at the door barking because he was in a pin, and even IF he got out, how did he put himself back in it and lock the door on it because that's how I left and how I found him when I got back. Lastly, she then kept cutting me off so I just asked to speak to the head manager and was told that she isn't on the property and has other residents she attending to. Soonest she can get back to me is sometime tomorrow. WOW, and they are asking me to upgrade..... I'm sorry I even bought here.......

I stay here every year for the last week of June and have a wonderful fun experience everytime the Townes is where we stay it is the double condo like houses we go with four other families so it is the best. it is close to all of the theme parks like Busch Gardens and Water Country so you don't have to drive very long to get to exciting places. There is a target close if you need to buy food and such the pool in the plantation is really nice and there are no annoying life guards or 15 minuet breaks. The clubhouse also has lots of things to do from an arts and crafts room to a video game room to an indoor pool, it is a truly wonderful experience.

My experience was great! The staff was helpful, and nice. The house was nice and clean. Nothing falling apart or leaking. (No damage). But you want to know why I have 3 stars?! THERE WERE 2 FROGS IN THE OUTSIDE POOL!!!!!!! The pools had yellow pollen, leaves, and animals. Including Frogs, flys etc. The pool was rally unsanitary and needs LOTS of improvement!!!!!

This is the first time share I've stayed at that doesn't look or feel like a time share. The grounds are beautiful, everything is well maintained. The concierge is wonderful and helpful. I received everything that I asked for. Aside from being held hostage for 3 hours for the 1 hour time share presentation this has been a wonderful trip so far. Time will tell whether or not I have to change my review. The only thing that could have been better was having a restaurant on the premises.

King's Creek Plantation hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
