My experience was great! The staff was helpful, and nice. The house was nice and clean. Nothing falling apart or leaking. (No damage). But you want to know why I have 3 stars?! THERE WERE 2 FROGS IN THE OUTSIDE POOL!!!!!!! The pools had yellow pollen, leaves, and animals. Including Frogs, flys etc. The pool was rally unsanitary and needs LOTS of improvement!!!!!

Don't buy here and only stay here if you don't mind poor service, pressure into buying in to the property, lack of amenities like toilet paper (you have to keep asking for it) or water dripping on your head because the ac condenser is leaking down from the ceiling and flooding the kitchen. You even have to pay $15 per plastic card to swim IF you lose your card. Can you imagine? Paying if you lose a little plastic card? This is all about money. I bought 2 condos - sorry to say - and can't sell them of course. High price, the buildings are falling apart, the staff cares little about pleasing. The high pressure is awful. STAY AT A HOTEL OR MOTEL CLOSE TO THE HISTORIC DISTRICT. AND don't buy here!!!

Kings Creek Cottages offered a great alternative to staying in hotels with our large group. Lots of pools to play in (inside and outside). Proximity to Water Country USA was a plus. Other reviewers seem to be reviewing the sales process instead of the resort.

Beautiful grounds. The room was clean and very nice. The pressure sale is annoying, but expected.

I stay here every year for the last week of June and have a wonderful fun experience everytime the Townes is where we stay it is the double condo like houses we go with four other families so it is the best. it is close to all of the theme parks like Busch Gardens and Water Country so you don't have to drive very long to get to exciting places. There is a target close if you need to buy food and such the pool in the plantation is really nice and there are no annoying life guards or 15 minuet breaks. The clubhouse also has lots of things to do from an arts and crafts room to a video game room to an indoor pool, it is a truly wonderful experience.

Stayed here on the 4th & 5th of Feb for my Anniversary. Our stay was a gift from a family member who has a timeshare here. Everything was nice as far as I could see. I liked the fact that the place was empty. The cottage we stayed in was nice and clean. Staff was nice.

Absolutely love the updated units. Beautiful landscapes surrounding all buildings. Only downside is their main swimming pool looks outdated and unkept

Do not patronize this establishment. They are not forthright, lacking integrity and transparency. They gladly scheduled an appointment for my family of four to attend a presentation after which we were to receive a trip for a family of four to FL SeaWorld, Disney or Universal Studios. After an hour commute we arrive to witness a less than pleasant customer service experience. This should have been our first clue. When it was our turn, we were then informed that children were not allowed. Essentially, our family was not welcome to the business that wanted to give us a family vacation. Had we been notified by the overzealous phone associate perhaps my opinion wouldn't be so unfavorable. However, this experience lead me to be of the mind "what else are you hiding? Witholding? Lying about? There are plenty of other vacation rentals to choose from. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one.

King's Creek Plantation hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
