Ingrediente: - 750 g carne tocata (pui/ porc/ amestec porc si vita); - 2 cartofi; - 2 oua; - o capatana de usturoi; - marar; - 250 g pesmet (sau faina); - 250 ml ulei (pentru prajit). Mod de preparare: Cartofii cruzi, curatati de coaja, se dau pe razatoare. Usturoiul se curata si se piseaza.
