As of Friday September 21st I am officially a graduate of the Art Institute of Colorado! This album is my landscape portfolio in its current form. The physical portfolio is presented in a clamshell box as 12 - 16x20 window mounted images. It is accompanied by my commercial portfolio which is presented in a Pina Zangaro presentation book.

Each image was printed on an Epson Stylus Pro 4900 on Hahnemuhle Fine Art Baryta 325gsm paper using precision color correction and all are available as limited print editions if requested.

My G+ Commercial Portfolio can be seen here: http://goo.gl/Jd1rO

Please be sure to check out website as well at www.JustinWilhelm.com if you like this work here! Thanks!

As I woke up this morning to the smog and hustle and bustle of Denver I tried to remember the few short seconds of the glorious sunrise that greeted me last Wednesday in Indian Basin. Rightly referred to as Knife Point, the jagged edges of this area are just one of the geological formations that make this area one unto its own. Good Morning Pinedale!

Thanks +Michael Russell. This was captured just last week so the water is a long exposure. I was testing out a variable nd filter that I had purchased just prior to going on this trip. I'm glad I had it with me.

I love it, but this could start a nasty precedent if companies started something similar to get you to upgrade to newer models of their products.

I was lucky enough to backpack in the Wind River Range of Wyoming this past week while working on a project with a group of photographers from the Art Institute of Colorado and Visit Pinedale. The purpose behind this class is to promote Pinedale, Wyoming and the surrounding area within Sublette County. It was a great pleasure to travel 40-50 miles by foot in this overwhelmingly beautiful area and I cannot wait to get back out in the mountains some time soon.

After several failed attempts at assignment #5 for +Conceptual Studio I'm throwing in the towel with this image. It's HOT and I am burnt out for this quarter. It is time to add a few dashes of this sauce to a jar along with a tomato based juice, a stick of celery and a few other condiments.

The doctor was fantastic and the eye exam was very thorough. The rest of my visit was horrible. After going through the entire exam and having my eyes dilated for the very first time ever, the sales staff and front desk people let me wander around the sales floor for 20 minutes while they were busy with other customers. After the first five minutes I couldn't read a thing because of having my eyes dilated. That was when another customer helped me decide on a pair of frames since I was having a hard time. Finally, one of the women behind the service desk asked me what I was doing. After telling her that I was extremely uncomfortable because I had never gone through an eye exam and that I was unsure of what was to take place next, she said that I would just have to wait for the sales representative and that there was nothing she could do. When I picked up my glasses I was given no instructions on how often or when I should even wear my glasses.
