This is two day hands on event targeting both beginners and intermediate developers on Android. Day one has two tracks beginner track where beginners will follow the Android beginner course(adapted from the Udacity beginner course) and the intermediate track where developers will learn more about performance (Still adapted from the Android performance course at Udacity). Day two has majorly four guided code labs and two video reviews from Google IO 2015. There is a cool prize for the best participant who finishes all code labs in the best time and there is a cool prize for a woman how does best in the hands on session in the beginner track.
GDG Mbale working with Hansu Mobile Innovations will continue to help and train participants in the beginner track  through a training based on Android for Beginners level course, this will still be free to participants for the whole month of August, One needs to be self motivated and passionate to get the best from the training. The training will take place at Hansu Mobile Innovations next to Classic Inn in Namakwekwe and will begin from Monday 7/08/2015. Please you are encouraged to apply. If you are a woman, you are deeply encouraged to apply because there is a reward for the best woman at work.

#gdg #2015 activities2015 started in style with developers in Mbale learning serious Android application development through the study Jams. This started on 7 March, 2015 and is going upto 28 March however, due to some issues, many developers have not finish their projects. We are considering options where we help them
