(Whoever has been down-voting everybody who wrote favorable reviews just because you didn't like it here, please stop doing that. It throws off everyone else who wants to try out this place.) I've been going to this shop for a few years and it has been my favorite pizza place for a long time. I love the management and the employees -- everyone, especially the owner, is dynamic in this workplace. They actually enjoy working with you. There is one dark-haired pizza maker in particular whom I see a lot, and he does a really great job and I can tell he likes working there. The menu is pretty much what you would expect from a take-out traditional pizza shop but they don't skimp on taste and quality. Primo's is not the same as other traditional pizza shops. There is something much more professional and hard-working about this place. I would give the food a consistent 9/10.

The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and although it doesn't look like much from the outside, the inside is cool, plus they were playing classic rock.

I ordered delivery from Primo Pizza in Wyomissing, one large pepperoni pizza, 2ltr Coke, and a side of mozzarella sticks, totaling 20.57. The girl on the phone said it would be 45min-1hour (4 o'clock on a tuesday). It took just over an hour, which is fine, oh well but when i opened the food inside it was all cold, except for the coke-cola which was room temperature. I ate some of the cold food as i was hungry when i ordered an hour ago, it tasted fine but was cold. I called to complain a bit, not looking for a hand out just letting them know they are sending out cold food. The girl who answered told me my food went right from the oven to a "hot bag" and was sent out. Funny because when i opened the door to meet the delivery driver there was no "hot bag" in sight (also, i only live 4-8 minutes from the shop itself). Also as other reviewers have said, they really did not care about the problem.

Utter disappointment, its crazy while awaiting I was reading the review below it is the exact same happening. I ordered a veggie lover w. a free medium plain and soda for 22.63. Well the driver got lost, and when I tasted the food--you could tell the veggies were not fresh. It was absolutely aweful. It is no wonder dominoes and papa johns are business. Primo Pizza has to step there game up. Never ever ever order from there again.

I have been going to this place for years, since it was known as Fat Daddy's even, and I always come back for the pizza. Their wings are not so good, but everything else I've had was very good. They have the best pizza crust going around here - and I'm from New York originally, so I'm used to really good pizza! Their Sicilian crust is excellent also - highly recommended. That said, the place is definitely not upscale. Tables you often have to wipe yourself, etc. But I will go there as long as they're in business... If you want five-star service, atmosphere, utensils, cleanliness, etc. you can always pay more for lousy food. But if you're only going for the food itself, you can't beat these guys, because they use five-star ingredients in their cooking. You can taste the difference - easily. Family owned and operated. They get to know you and you feel like a visiting neighbor when you're there.
