Hey Guilherme,
Regarding Dyanmic Split, I've found it minimally helpful in editing voice, since it's finicky and a pain in the ass if you mess it up.  Instead, I'd suggest using a Noise Gate plugin like ReaFir to block out noises below a certain threshold.

If you want to put audio back together, you're going to have to "glue" it, which works by rendering a new version of the file out to your hard drive.  I think it takes too much disk space to justify most of the time, so I tend to just use the grouping feature instead.  Ripple editing will treat a group as if it were just a single clip.

Does that answer your question?

Story
Introduction
My name is Jeff Emtman, I'm a student of photography, sociology, and journalism. If you are interested in the degree that I am pursuing, please ask me about it.

I was born and raised in rural South-Eastern Washington by my mom and dad, who are good people. I have good health overall and I never get sick, but at times I convince myself that I have a brain tumor. People have been very good to me throughout my life more than I have been good to them in return. I recently experienced my first theft, an acquaintance stole my bike seat because he thought I was sleeping with his love interest.

My work stems mostly from my dreams, but other things as well, like flickering florescent tube lights. Plastic wood also interests me, as does linoleum, wallpaper, and window blinds. These are the essential items.

I can't remember names or faces, though I always say that I can remember one of the two.

I prefer interesting things over happy things, though the two aren't mutually exclusive.

Hopefully you know me a bit better now. Tell me who you are when we speak next.
