Wonderful teachers. Eclectic clientele. Really great vibe. Anti-oppression politics. Get your stretch on with people who care about each other.

Yoga Seed has become my second family. I moved here from Kansas 5 years ago to start over after a divorce. I was unable to do yoga because I was out of work my first 5 months here. They welcomed me with open arms and I gave what I could. Today I'm in the middle of yoga teacher training alongside a large group of new friends. The Yoga Seed gave me my light when I was in darkness. They bring light to everyone they meet! You will love it here!

The only place in Sacramento that is truly all donation-based (not just at odd times of the day), but don't think this means less quality. Great teachers all the time. Unique, warm, beautiful, DIY and super welcoming vibe. Outreach classes for any body, gender, age, or ability. There's even one taught all in Spanish! This studio saw a need to make yoga more accessible, and so they did it. Support them emphatically and generously.

Yoga Seed is my home away from home. I love the teachers and variety of clases and they always have amazing workshops going, some of the best in Sacramento. Sacramento has lots of good yoga, but what I love about the Yoga Seed is that they are a non profit. Mats are free to rent, anybody is welcome even if they can't give generously on they day they come in. The community is incredibly supportive and it feels good to practice somewhere in a place where people to give very powerfully whenever they can. Come for the awesome yoga, stay for the amazing community. Sacramento's best yoga studio.

I love the Yoga Seed Collective because they have a class for every person in the ENTIRE WORLD. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL MAGICAL. This is more than a studio, it is a community, a safe space to express yourself, to make friends and to be a part of something. This place heals and brings together so that we can love fully. Take any of the classes and you get something more than just a yoga class. Any and all of the teachers are specially chosen to teach you! They support and serve everyone. And they are real. I could go on and on, but you must experience the magic for yourself.

I absolutely adore this yoga studio and what they stand for! This place exudes nothing but love and positive vibes. These guys recently added a ton of classes. I love the fact that no matter what I have going on during my day….there is at least one class that I can make. And I love the fact that they offer more than your standard vinyasa flow class. I'm a huge fan of both the yin and yin/yang classes. These classes are great for beginners. I love the assortment of workshops that they offer. The Yoga Seed really strives to bring things to the community that will inspire growth and benefit each individual on a personal basis. It is really inspiring that every dollar that I contribute at the seed helps out another individual as well. The staff is amazing and supportive- it is the teachers and my fellow yogis that keep me coming back. A great place to learn, grow, be inspired.

The Yoga Seed is truly the communities yoga studio. I feel at home there ever time I walk in the door. They have a variety of classes, from more active and challenging vinyasa yoga, to super mellow yin. They have an All Bodies class that is designed for people who have specific body challenges that require a slower practice, yoga in spanish, meditation, and more. I love the variety. They constantly have new and interesting workshops coming through, too. I've enjoyed all of the teachers I've gone to. Everyone has a different style and they are all very talented. I always feel that the staff is truly happy to see me, regardless of if my donation is $7 that day, or whether it is $20. Thank you, Yoga Seed!
