Here’s a proposition — a thought experiment — to spark some consideration: The global economic system we have created is no less mythical than Zeus. Grant...

Funny how much change ten years brings if you talk about it all at once.

The ten year view! Wow! Would be interesting to do a personal thing like that and see what has changed in the last ten years for ourselves! I have a married son and daughter and 4 grandkids that I didn't have before that, for starters!

Thankfully SOPA is stalled for now. Let's see what happens next year.
Nobody who opposes Big Government and favors degregulation should favor the Stop Online Piracy Act, better known as SOPA, or H.R. 3261. A few years back, a former government official confidentially issued a warn...

Yes.
Pride is the toxin. Indignation is the cancer. Forgiveness is the antidote. Grace is the cure.

Anyone looking for properties to rehab in Philly? I'm a bit sad that I won't get in on this auction. Lots of good opportunities!

It's much easier to filter out distractions if I'm already building something that matters.

As long as the carriers and device makers have to iron things out, we're going to be shafted.

Sleazebags.
“Fyodor”, on a mailing list for developers of the open source Nmap app: I’ve just discovered that C|Net’s Download.Com site has started wrapping their Nmap downloads (as well as other free software like VLC) in a trojan installer which does things like installing a sketchy “StartNow” toolbar, changing the user’s default search engine to Microsoft Bing, and changing their home page to Microsoft’s MSN. The way it works is that C|Net’s download pa...
