Loved the food, but the rushed, rude, and pushy service from the waitress made the evening very uncomfortable. Especially since we got there at 5 pm! At the end of the meal the waitress grabbed my Visa card from across the table without even presenting me with a bill. The last time I dined there, they overcharged me for wine we didn't have, so I insisted on reviewing the bill. I have been going to Fruition for years, but there is no reason to put up with rudeness from servers.

Ok so the food is good but I unfortunately contracted food poising from something I ate there. I was not upset at all as this can happen - even at a reputable restaurant. I did call the restaurant just to let them know so they could be aware of it. The General Manager was polite and felt bad and committed to look into what I ate, talk with his Chef and get back to me in a day or two. Four days later I never heard back. I called again just to see what was up and the General Manager was out for the rest of the week. I advised the Asst GM that I thought it was incredibly poor on their part that a I called just to let them know and was told I would hear back for sure and never did. High end food, very, very pricey representing a unique experience - but not able to take care of a customer situation. Talk about a poor PR move on their part. I was never even offered a chance to come back and re-experience their food on their nickel. Not that I was looking for that. I never even mentioned or ask for such not was it my intent to do so. Really upset with this kind of experience from a restaurant that can focus on "charging a real lot" for their product but not back it up when it "breaks". Don't go there - you might get sick and they won't care!!

Amazing food. Impeccable service. Lovely atmosphere. You'll have your table for the night, making you feel like you're at a boutique eatery in Europe vs. the states. I had the Duck with risotto and it was sublime.

I thought the food at Fruition was simple, fresh and done well. I had the lamb and it was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The overall dining experience was very enjoyable. The staff is very timely, pleasant and knowledgeable. The reason that I will not readily return to the restaurant, is because it is way too expensive for what it is. I went with one other person. Our total order was two appetizers, two entrees, one dessert, two glasses of wine, one cocktail and one beer. With tip, our bill was $190. I do not mind paying that for a dinner if that dinner is exceptional. For that price, I expect a lot of finesse in my food and drink and some truly memorable dishes. Like I said, the food was done very well; however, it was certainly not jaw dropping. On both my appetizer and entree, the sauce was a very think puree that really lacked any creativity or style. The sauces had okay flavor, but really were not all that impressive in texture and complexity. To sum it up, the food and beverages are simple, delicious, well executed, but are not exceptional. I could go to a dozen restaurants off of the top of my head and get just as good of a meal and dining experience for half the price.

What an amazing first foodie stop in Denver! The everchanging menu has some consistent favorites: potato wrapped oysters, the chicken, the duck.... Amazing. The staff is so friendly. The atmosphere is nice, but not stuffy. The servers don't button the top button, the hostess had on jeans and yet it feels like a nice night out. If you walk away... your napkin is replaced, your tableware will be refreshed and someone will appear to pull out your chair... They are ninjas! Do yourself a favor and head to 6th avenue. Fruition is Fun!

I really appreciate that they offer a two-course vegetarian tasting, which I ordered. The first course was phenomenal. The second was o.k. Don't get me wrong-I finished it-but I was a bit disappointed. I also ordered a salad; greens with blue cheese souffle and dates. I savored every bite and could have just eaten two of those for my meal. I know the next time I go, none of the same food will be on menu-so I try not to daydream about how good that salad was. We split the apple cake for dessert-again very good. My main disappointment was the wine list. There were very few earthy, leathery-based wines to chose from. Most were fruit-forward, which I don't like. The waiter recommended one that he thought would fit what we wanted. The bottle we ordered was good-not great. Maybe their food pairs better with fruit-forward wine? Our server was outstanding. He exceeded our expectations!

i've heard many great things about TLRH and finally made my way here recently, the BF's bday was coming up and i wanted to surprise him with his favorite, RED VELVET cake! TLRH has a reputation for making one of the best red velvet in NYC and i wanted to see what the hype was all about.
