Nice friendly staff, very timely response so long as you contact them within business hours they'll respond same day. I've received multiple well paying temp jobs with offers to come back multiple weeks in a row with one company. 5 out of 5

I'd honestly give this a 0 star review, if it were possible. I got a referral from a friend who'd recently been placed in her job through DES. The contact given was Kay Eubanks. I sent her an email with a little bit of an introduction and asked what were the next steps. She didn't respond to what I had written and asked for my resume, so I sent it and got a response saying she received it. A week went by and there was no further response. I sent an email asking if there was anything else I should be doing or if she had anything lined up for me. She responded saying she saw my resume and has nothing for me, and to check back later. Seeing as how this person was recommended by a friend and not some random website I looked at, I decided to take a slightly more aggressive approach and set up a phone call with her. In the phone call, I asked about how her recruiting process worked, and she asked me about my job at the time. She seemed very disinterested and rushed me off the phone. I never heard from her again.
