To mark international #tabletopday , +NewcastleGamers will be hosting a full day of gaming at our regular Newcastle venue (Christchurch, Shieldfield) on Saturday 11th April from 10am. Feel free to drop in at any time during the day to play a variety of #boardgames and #cardgames with the club regulars. There's always a wide selection of new (and not-so-new) games available at our meetings -- some of which you might recognise from the #tabletop show -- and people will explain the rules when you sit down to join a game, so don't worry if you haven't played before. If you'd like to bring your own games along that's fine too -- pretty much anything goes! We normally charge £2 a session to cover our room hire costs (or £1 for unwaged), but our Tabletop Day event is free of charge so this is a great opportunity to come along and find out more about the club.
