I had the Bureka Treat with a side of Yuca fries. The sandwich was serve on a beautifully golden flaky croissant-type pastry. The pastry was perfectly buttery with just the right about of crispness and the ingredients inside were fresh, perfectly seasoned, filling & just damn tasty. The Yuca was killer too. As a big plus, the music was a super chill mix of neosoul, classic r&b & hiphop. If you think of yourself as nothing but a meat eater— get over it and go eat some of this awesome vegetarian delights.

Think twice before eating here. I was on line and saw a rat run across the bottom of the counter, I was disgusted and left, I can't believe they let this place stay open

I've had only two sandwiches here: The Sabich and the Falafel. The falafel is made differently here than at other shops. They're smaller and crispier and greener on the inside. The ingredients are excellent and fresh. I've also had the Sabich. You can get them in Labane or Tahini style. The Sabich is my favorite to eat here though I know of better Sabich elsewhere in NYC. As you can gather, it is an Israeli falafel place. Pricewise, it is not as cheap as other shops but the quality is pretty good and I'd say the price is justified. Everything here is vegetarian so no Schwarma or anything like that. The deserts are small and I usually don't bother with them.

Not quite traditional, but the bits that differ seem to be an improvement. Some of the best falafel I've ever had. Great late night food.

The best falafel I have ever had. Very moist pitas, everything is very fresh. The only thing is that I feel like the shop could be a little cleaner.

The falafel shop must own the monolopy on slow and inconsiderate cashiers. The blonde and black haired pierced girl was rude, slow and un knowledge about the food. I live in the neighborhood and I won't return after dealing with her!!! I waited for 15 MINUTES for a falafel sandwich that she charged me an extra dollar for hummus! Go to the Hummus shop a few blocks over, more seating and better food and better prices!

Both the Bureka Treat Sandwich and the Sabich Sandwich are delicious, though quite small for the price. they are probably not 100% authentic, but that is an improvement over the originals.

Gregor, thank you for this feedback. -Eyal
