Although blacks do achieve educational excellence most of them do not need that type of education. The priorities of blacks versus whites is not the same. Whites have to hold on to being a Military driven race. While blacks were not a battle star Galactica race. Since the 50's & 60's blacks have been on a civil rights march physically and mentally. To concern with how the whites perceive them for jobs and other business ideas. Once they start to look at one another as someone they can do trusting business with then those types of Degrees will start to look more appealing. Every man for himself in a world of high prices, Non thought driven job openings and the like.  Once blacks realize the weed is a luxury as all other drugs and juice is and the blocks they swear they control(didnt lay pavement) are for anyone to walk on to get from a to b then you'll have an influx of scholastic achievers.  Just talking about stuff only creates jibberish. Unless you grow up together or looking for a romantic interest or they can loan you money, blacks will not think to give each other the time of day without thinking what can they get out of it knowing you, besides friendships.  Very difficult to fix & adjust. Too many angry people over nothing.  When they fix their priorities the rest of the World may have to double take. Until then we get these silly stories of the strife of life for blacks and other non white cultures.

Stabilizing force? Will it have a nuclear war head or just spray the area with depleted uranium. It is wonderful to know that so much of history would be recorded as so may Disney stories.Whether they are talking about Bloody Mary, having Bloody Sunday's; the primary educator the prison and the pupil prisoner would confer more titles of criminal and for the upper divisions, graduated cum laude, executed. Of the free world democracy's the United States has proven to have the largest enrollment of all combined nations in the world. In a debased society there was no higher conferment than execution for it's disease of inequality, injustice, exploitation, impoverishment and death by proxy ever known or of historical pasts. The new Rome has surpassed the old Rome.
