I wonder what it would be like to write music that calms the spirits while simultaneously compelling the listener's mind to think about various things including the difficult and darker aspects of one's life/

Viral Campaigns many times have their flaws, but every once in a while, they do amazing things. A dumb challenge and a few good hearts sometimes make a big enough difference.
Fantastic video Anthony.  That was very brave of you sir.

That awkward moment when you don't know that you are doing it wrong

Well this is embarrassing...
The thing is, back in kindergarten, I've always wondered why my mum sort of licks her finger as she flips a page so I kind of did the same thing this kid did... :-|

United 3 Real Madrid 1

Manchester United booked a spot in the International Champions Cup final thanks to a 3-1 win over Real Madrid in front of the biggest ever crowd for a football match in the United States.

More than 109,000 fans packed inside Michigan Stadium, commonly known as The Big House, to watch the meeting between two of the world’s most famous clubs. And the supporters weren’t disappointed after a pulsating clash which ended in United’s favour thanks to Ashley Young's first-half double and a goal after the break from Chicharito.

Life is quite ironic sometimes. I remember when I used to wish that spoken word would be popular in Nigeria. Now, I'm too far away to part of the action.
WORD UP Volume 8 (Nigeria's Foremost Spoken Word Poetry Event) is an event which showcases the best of Spoken Word Poetry in Nigeria.

This 8th edition of WORD UP marks the 2nd year anniversary of the event. This edition will feature some of Nigeria's established Spoken Word Poets and exciting young talents (who dazzled the audience at War Of Words Season 3 Slam Poetry Competition in June 2014).

Stay tuned for the list of poets that will be on parade.

Date is Saturday August 16, 2014

The venue is Quad T Event Centre, beside Ecobank and Opposite UPS Office along Gbagada Express Way, Gbagada, Lagos.

Time is from 2pm.
