I know this solution is very similar to others posted but any feedback will be greatly appreciated. +Michelle NCARB +Terry NALSA +Ryan NCARB

Thank you!

Some of the concepts I understand from this Vignette.

1. Joist Span: 20'-30' MAX

2. Beams Span: 30' -40' MAX

3.A Beam must be drawn on the lower layer for all walls that are
shared between the Upper and Lower Roofs.

Hello all,

This is my last attempt before my exam tomorrow.
I noticed some of the required program have spaces exceeding 500 SQFT that requires at least two doors. I went ahead and added extra doors. I would appreciate any last comments.

Thank you! +Nick NCARB +Ryan NCARB +Terry NALSA

Hello all,

This is my first attempt. I'm at two hours....

I was struggling on JO because I wasn't sure if I needed to provide a full clearance around the table. I kept rotating the table but couldn't find a solution I felt was acceptable. Other than that any issues I should be aware of?

Question:
Is it okay to overlap the chairs in JO as long as I maintain a 36" clearance around the table?

Thank you !

RAMP VIGNETTE:
Can anybody clarify if we do need to assume that one 36" in door is required from the exit corridor? The program and the code in the vignette don't mention this. They only mention the 32" in door width is the minimum. Will it count against me if I use 36" in for an exit door? +Terry NALSA +Michelle NCARB

I have a question regarding the cut tool.
If the stair does not overlap on the second floor does that mean we don't need to use the cut tool and should draws the entire stair on the second floor? +Michelle NCARB +Ryan NCARB +Terry NALSA

I know as a rule of thumb we need to have the hand rails 2" of the walls for total of 4". Does this apply to this solution? Also I noticed that there is a 12" rail turning towards the exit corridor. Isn't this an issue considering the door is in proximity? See red circles in the example below. +Ryan NCARB +NCARB +Michelle NCARB +Terry NALSA

Hello all,
This is my my first stab at the site grading I find it quite confusing. Did I leave enough space between the contours? the program ask for 2% min and 20% max. This translates to 5' min and 50' max. How do I know where to put the circles exactly? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
