Specialties of PerformancEDU's Marc Digesti: Marc is a Reno/Tahoe native. He received his bachelor of science degree in exercise physiology from Chico State University in 2004, and is certified as a USA weightlifting sports performance coach. Marc Digesti’s professional experience in the performance field includes serving as head strength coach for the U.S. Disabled Ski Team, a performance specialist for numerous top training facilities, trainer to pro NBA and NHL athletes, Performance Coach to World Cup, FIS, Junior National and FarWest Alpine Racers in the western division, Performance Coach for Independent Ski Racing Team and led numerous clinics on movement enhancement and quality.

Prior to joining CPCSM, Marc trained with Todd Durkin at Fitness Quest 10 in San Diego, California. During his time at Fitness Quest 10, Marc trained a variety of clientele ranging from high school football teams, minor league soccer players, college softball players, college football combine players, minor and professional baseball players and professional tri-athletes.
Designing safe and effective on and off-season training program, while emphasizing the athlete's goals into a 12-month on and off-season program.
Working and designing camps with the athletic performance team geared towards a certain market and demographic for the individual athletes or teams.
US Disabled Ski Team
Head Strength Coach
In August of 2006, Marc joined the United States Disabled Ski team as its Strength and Conditioning coach. There, he evaluated each athlete and based on that evaluation, implemented a safe and effective 12-month program that focused on strengthening each athlete's disability. During the season, Marc traveled with the USDST to the competition venues to continue the regeneration, rehabilitation, and prehabilitation programs. Every third month, the team would travel to the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado where Marc designed the camp logistics and the physical assessment protocols while administering the strength testing with the OTC staff.
Designing safe and effective off-hill training programs, while emphasizing the athlete's disability into a 12 month on and off-season program.
Traveling with the USDST to competitions venues while implementing regeneration, prehabilitation, rehabilitation and a maintenance in-season program.
Administering strength and metabolic tests at the Olympic Training Center (Colorado Spring's) three times yearly.
