As part of the Ghana National Single Window commitment to excellent service desk delivery, a programme has been scheduled to run throughout the week.
The Excellent Service Desk support is a key factor in ensuring that communication with the trading communities and agencies in the Single Window sphere are well aligned.
The Follow Up training would cover basics such as IT service management, Roles and Responsibilities of the Help Desk Officer, Relationship Management, Effective Communication and Advanced Prompt Problem Solving Skills.
With these in place, be rest assured of a better approach to ensuring all problems are promptly resolved.
