2009  was an important year for Chris, it started off with his hit single "Rhythm of the beat" reaching N°1 in the Beatport overall Chart during over 5 weeks.

Then, his single "Who's In The House"  reached the 1st position on the DJ Buzz Chart in France and was in the top 40 Yacast Charts during over 15 weeks. It was licensed in 20 countries across the world. Heavily supported by Fun Radio, the track was released on the major Barclay / Universal (Bob Sinclar, Rihanna, Akon) and entered directly the top 30 Single Charts in France.

The follow up came at the beginning of January 2010 with "Back To The Rhythm" (Barclay Universal), it remained several months in the Yacast Top 40 charts, and reached in only 2 weeks the first position of the DJ Buzz Chart. Later in February, Chris mixed the "Only For DJ" compilation, and made several huge remixes in collaboration with house music heavyweights Bob Sinclar "New New New", Sidney Samson "Let's Go", The Phonkers "Rock Your Body" (Top 20 Itunes Charts).
Released during the W.M.C in Miami, Chris Kaeser feat. Erire “Go Deeper" was signed to the legendary label N.E.W.S and played on the biggest national radios in Northern Europe.
In the summer Chris remixed tracks from Stonebridge "The Morning After" and Laidback Luke "Till Tonight" (Top 10 on Beatport for 3 consecutive weeks)

In October, Chris joined StoneBridge and Anita Kelsey to produce "Rescue Me" released on Hed Kandi / Ministry Of Sound for the world. The end of the year was punctuated with some remixes for Chuckie & Hardwell, Robbie Rivera, Steve Forest... Chris juggled all year long between production and shows around the world.

In 2011, StoneBridge, Funky Junction & Chris Kaeser released "MDF". That year, Chris also remixed tracks for Spencer & Hill, Global Deejay, Niels van Gogh, Degraft amongst others.

In June, Chris produced "Walking Away" with singer Jonathan Mendelsohn . The track was in the Top 10 Overall Beatport Charts for 3 weeks . In July Chris did a remix for Laurent Delkiet ft Jenna Donnellly, the rework remained for a month in the Top 10 Beatport Progressive House Charts. In September Chris released his remix of Revero & C6's track "I'll Be Alright" (Beatport Team’s selection of the week).

In October Chris remixed Laidback Luke vs Example "Natural Disaster" and released "She's Playing On You (Instrumental Mix)" .

In December, he produced "As Before", ranked 4 consecutive weeks in the Top 10 Beatport Progressive-House Charts.

In 2012, Chris gave another dimension to his track "She's Playing On U" with Redd Nose & Max'C  vocals added. The club anthem was ranked during 2 consecutive weeks in the Beatport Overall Charts. In the meantime, Chris remixed "Don't Throw It Away" feat Amanda Wilson and "The Fear" by Che Jose also ranked in Beatport Top 10 Overall Charts. This Spring, he has produced "Summer All Over" feat Ron Carroll, supported by the biggest EDM Dj's & Radios and in July, was released his 1st 'Best Of' on D-Track's label with 5 unreleased tracks.
