Both our Oven and Dishwasher broke down at the same time. We contacted Do-All-Appliances to come and take a look. Our oven door was smashed and needed replacing. Our dishwasher door was also a bit damaged, but it was the actual electronics that were playing up and it wasn't completing cycles properly, leaving the dishes kind of slimy and half washed. The Do-All-Appliances technician took the Dishwasher AND the oven back to the workshop for some reason - even though the oven simply needed a new door. We didn't here from them for about two or three weeks! We rang and were fed up with the inactivity and asked for the oven back in frustration - so we could at least use the griller. They explained that they were delayed because they didn't know the model of the oven. We never received a call from them enquiring as such - which could have easily been answered. There was no attempt to convince me to leave it there - just resignation. About another two weeks pass - and they delivered our dishwasher back; also not fixed. The door clip was improved - but it did not make it through a cycle just like before - which was explained to them in the initial consult. Very frustrating, really disappointing service. I won't be going back.
