Here's my experience at the Hawaii Internation Film Festival at Dole Cannery on April 16, 2015: I got in line outside of the theater entrance for an 8:30PM movie. They didn't allow the line to start moving into the theater until 8:20PM. The ticket checking table was staffed by three idiots who completely ignored me when I tried to give them my tickets. Only after asking "Do you want the tickets or what?" did they finally stamp my tickets and let me in. The concession stand had just three cash registers open. Almost all of the food was unavailable. No boneless buffalo chicken, no jalapeno poppers, no hot dogs, no pizza. All they had were popcorn, pretzels, candy, and drinks. Also, half of their gelato/ice cream selections were melted. It took me over 10 minutes to order and receive my pretzel (which you can only eat with ketchup, mustard, or relish), making me one of the last people to enter the theater, causing me to miss the previews and movie introduction and forcing me to sit in the very front. I'm giving Dole & HIFF an extra star because their seats were comfy and had a lot of leg room. Nothing about this experience resembled anything close to a real "film festival".

Friendly staff, decent selection of pipes (Butz Choquin, Savinelli, Peterson, meerschaums and seconds, and more) and pipe tobaccos. Pipe tobacco tins are priced kinida high though. I bought a Butz Choquin pipe from here and found out it had a small crack in the bowl when I got home and they exchanged it without any problems. They also offer a 5% discount for return customers.
