In preparation of National Farm Safety and Health Week, Shoup would like to bring attention to an inspiring sixth-generation farmer named Jim Brinkmann. Brinkmann was born with retinitis pigmentosa, an inherited eye disease that progressed to total blindness. Despite his hardships and obstacles he faces every day, he is a dedicated farmer starting his work at 4:45am each day and has helped inspire many people along the way. More on Brinkmann's story here: http://bit.ly/2w9deUb
