29.9 Friday
We had a chance to visit the Museo Nazionale romano-palazzo. This 19th-century palace in the neo-Renaissance style, the palace exhibited collections of Roman coins made of gold, silver and bronze, we also saw the various statues of well-known and lesser-known Roman and Greek historians, after which we looked at the style how they used to decorate walls with different drawings and mozaichi. I most liked how the coins developed from the time to the new era.

Yesterday, 27.9 Wednesday, we visited the Chamber of Commerce, where we are on local food, and codes that guarantee customers about their products and at the same time protect local producers from the fake of lesser quality products sold under the same or the same name. http://www.tipicietradizionali.it/

Monday (25.9)
We visited the fatamorgana ice cream factory, where our friendly lady explained the process of making ice cream without artificial additives. We also had the opportunity and only work that ice cream with the help of experts, the ice cream consisted of figs, milk, ricotta cheese, black wine. I was not a fan of fresh cheeses but the best ice cream was that with ricotta and figs. http://www.gelateriafatamorgana.com/web/
We also visited the family winery Marko Carpineti on that day, where we listened to a short history of wine production, then we tried local dishes of olive oil, goat cheese, bread, sausages, olives.
I most liked that bread that perfectly fits with olive oil.
