Very poor Customer Service and Repair Quality. I dropped my appliance to be fixed on February the 4th, I picked it up on February the 28th and worked for 15 seconds. Also had some aesthetically damages as well. I returned it on March the 5 and as today March the 19th it has been not repaired or any phone call from Sears regarding the repair status. I requested the corporate customer service to refund my money and they said are waiting for an "executive decision". I called them two weeks ago so I guess the "executive" is in vacation or something. I blame myself for trusting Sears to do the repair. But I want to let the people out there my experience.
