Just when I think people cannot be any worse....I look through news and find this. There has to be a special kind of hell for this behavior.
April Corcoran was sentenced to 51 years in prison on multiple counts of complicity in rape and child trafficking.

Got my license renewed today. As I was waiting in line with all the other poor souls having time taken off their lives, I noticed you can have "veteran" put on your DL now (after you are verified of course). I thought this was not a bad idea, then I noticed it would cost me $8. #thanksbutnothanks

So, we veterans, whether at a time of peace or war, called in to action at the convenience of our leaders at home or abroad, giving up our time away from loved ones, friends, family and jobs, sacrificing many things even lives in some cases and we are able provide the proof we did this by keeping one document you require. And you still want $8? I notice the fact that putting the pink dot for "donor" on your DL is free and a small $2 donation is asked for right below in the form. I'd donate $10 to have veteran put on my DL but like many things in this state, California has it wrong, again.

Pay the $8 and donate $2 directly to a veteran that needs $2.

If it was a $10 donation to a veterans fund how much of the money do you think makes it to the fund?

$0.13 of each dollar is the average. The donation collector takes in the other $0.87.

You'd still be giving DMV ~$8.70.

So, pay $8, save $0.70, add that $0.70 to your $2 and donate it.

Shame on companies like the maker of SpyHunter.  Improve your product, be transparent and be part of the solution not the problem!

There are few professional athletes who would make me tune in to their game on a random night. Tim Duncan and the Spurs is one of them. Although I'd root for them, unless they were playing the Celtics, I would not call myself a Spurs fan. I'd watch not because I was waiting for a "WOW" moment but because as a bit of a basketball purist, I knew I'd be watching quality basketball with Tim Duncan on the court. From Wake to San Antonio, congrats on a great, HoF career!

Dear +BlackBerry ,

Did you bother to think that the new security feature on your phones make them useless when former co-workers could care less about giving me their BB ID and password before they leave the company? I'm left with a perfectly good brick now. Pay you $35 for customer service to help me brick the phone? No thanks. Send me off to your kb articles, wonderful.

I simply want to wipe the old BB ID account off so another co-worker can use this phone. I need the password to the ID I don't know to wipe the phone. Then I need the same unknown password or the security "feature" will lock the phone following the recommended wipe. So, while the feature prevents people from stealing a device they will not steal anyway, I will just pile up Blackberry phones on my desk.

Thanks for nothing.

By the way, another reason for a corporate master control is so that you can remotely wipe a phone that gets stolen or lost with confidential corporate data on it.

I love this, it is how I was raised and I have never believed in "just showing up" and expect to be rewarded. I'm not sure when this mindset was adjusted but it is one that is bothersome.

Years ago we would take summer family trips to the Orlando area.  Luckily, this was not the water park we visited there.

This is what happens when you abandon a Disney water park.

Very good food and pleasant service. More chips n salsa? No problem. Customize your order? Yes! Ate lunch with co-workers here recently and I had the chile colorado burrito with light amount of rice. It was delicious and prepared as I asked. Prices are very reasonable which will keep us coming back.

Was there opening night and it was hopping with people as expected. Plenty of choices to make the burrito your own. One thing that sets Freebird's apart from any other burrito place I have been to is one person begins and finishes your order. Instead of the typical assembly line burrito, it is you and one burrito creator discussing what you want on your delicious creation every step of the way. Good service, excellent tasting food and now I will need to run 2 more days a week with this place being local now.

This place has been good every time I go. I do enjoy the microbrews. One menu addition will make myself, my friends et al go more often: sweet potato fries. Add them already, please. Even fast food joints offer them now.

Good server staff but I was in there before the noon time rush. I'm sure they do fine regardless. I got the BBQ pulled pork which was good but it was not as good I was expecting based on the reviews of this place. Perhaps I should try the tri-tip next time.

Watched UFC 149 here. Good service, good beer recomendations and lots of choices to season or spice up wings. Will be back for next UFC event.
