I can really relate to this anger, Rosi. About a year ago I really struggled to come to terms with how ignorant we are and through no fault of our own! We are being lied too and not enough (or the right) people have worked it out yet. And we are indoctrinated!
But we can do the research, find the facts and make informed choices. When you know better, you do better!
Be angry! Then be thankful you know the naked truth!
P.S. I haven't watched the vid yet but I will.
After my trip to the dentist a month or so back, I wanted to look a little deeper into Fluoride and why I believed it was something to avoid. I'd read before that Fluoride was linked to dental deformity, arthritis, allergic r...

Hi Rosi, just been told about your blog and wanted to wave hello! I'm also trying to live more naturally since having my little boy.
Thanks for the info on ecoballs, they sound really great! I use soap nuts on my cloth nappies but it's the same story with the lack of scent and stain removal. A great way to add scent is a few drops of essential oils to the detergent drawer. And you prob already know but Sun is the absolute best for stain removal! Not much good this time of year though!
Looking forward to more posts :)

I really hear you! It's so hard, but I am learning one-step-at-a- time is the only way to keep my sanity!
I also failed at gluten free mainly because it's expensive to buy alternatives like gluten free pasta. And also because then you find out that's highly processed too!
I'd love to have quality local produce on my doorstep but I don't, so I get veg fruit & meat from Abel & Cole and there are other similar companies. This is definitely not the most environmentally friendly option but is a good compromise for me. And it's not as expensive as you'd think.
I love the earthship post too btw, sparked a great convo with the husband.
By the way, we have a mutual friend/relative so think at some point we'll have to meet :)
The more I read about how to lead a sustainable life, the more frustrated I get. There are so many different elements of living sustainably. Food, cosmetics, energy, clothing, packaging, appliances - the list goes on. With ...

It's so wonderful to hear that I'm not the only one! It's crazy, the price of gluten free bread is just ridiculously expensive.
Just looked up Abel and Cole and that looks like a fantastic compromise, unfortunately it looks like they don't deliver to my area :( I'll have a look for similar companies - thank you so much for bringing that to my attention.
Thank you so very much! There's one in Brighton that I'm planning on visiting one day soon.
I'd love to! It sounds like we'd have rather a lot to talk about.
