"What I loved about this book was how the illustrations are done with clay...it's a wonderful way to introduce and open up the discussion with younger children who might be dealing with a sick loved one..." - Rena Jones

Her Brown Hair by Jill Dana is a colorful children’s book about friendship. I chose to read Her Brown Hair with my 4-year-old because it is about friendship. In the book, a child is visiting her sick friend. The story shows different things that the child does for her friend, such as bringing her books. This book is not very long and my child was able to read it by herself. The colorful pictures of the clay scenes were the highlight of the book. Many of the pictures in the story are of the books the children are reading.

The story does not say what the girl in the hospital is suffering from, only that she does not feel well sometimes. When my child asked why the girl was in the hospital, I had to guess. I did some research and from reading the synopsis on Dana’s first book in the series I found out that the girl is suffering

I don't understand this 'circles' thing.  Guardian Angel Publishing friends, I created a new circle called Guardian Angel...  Is that what I should do or is it better if I put your profiles in a different circle?...  Any advice would be helpful, thanks.

I'm trying to learn how to use Google+, but I actually don't know what I'm doing yet...
