To start, I did quite a bit of research before a co-worker (who is now as dissatisfied as me) convinced me to give them a try. A little background I am a successful accounting professional who recently went through a bad break up and had to find something quickly. What a terrible mistake. The first question I asked to office staff was does the unit have or ever had a pest problem and of course the answer be them was no followed by them explaining that their negative reviews online are mainly from tenants that they had to evict for non payment of rent or what have you. So me being the trusting person I am decided that it was convincing enough for me to sign the lease. Huge mistake. There is a gigantic roach problem in this complex and when I and brought it up to management I was told I don't know what I am talking about (even when I showed them video evidence# and there is nothing wrong with my unit. Maintenance isn't very good..i.e my garbage disposal was broken for two months, the upstairs bathroom flooded, and when I called the emergency hotline I was told no one will be fixing anything today #Sunday). Parking is a nightmare and to top it off the most important thing please do not be enticed by the low rental rates because the utility bill makes up for the rest of that cost. For example my rent is 710 however my water, sewage, gas, and trash for a one bedroom apartment with only me living there is somehow nearly 100 every month. Not to mention when you ask how management in calculates how they allocate these costs no one can give you an answer. Please don't give this place a chance like I did read and trust these reviews it will save you a lot of headaches. Hopefully you are in a position like me where you can afford to move else where as I am about to just break this lease. p.s Don't believe what the leasing office will say about the crime here, there have been several break-ins as well as a lady was raped at gun point. My co-worker was even broken into. Run from the Woods on Lamonte and don't consider it.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! This place is roach infested, there is mold coming out of the A/C vents, the first two weeks I stayed here they had a major fire burn a bunch of apartments, the water bill is communal meaning your water bill is going to be on average $120 each month on top of your rent, parking is horrible, spaces so tight I now have over a dozen dents and many scratches on my car, the gas stations close by has been roped and people have been shot and killed, any time it rains it looks like a major flood has happened, dog doppings everywhere you walk, a gate that stays open 98% of time. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

Cheap. Cheap. Cheap. But not cheap enought to tolerate the VERY RUDE Staff, The Roaches and the Flooding. If you are considering this place, as your self this question: If it is soo cheap, why are so many units not occupied. Also you need to wander why they change the name of the complex......
