Just gave a talk at DevFest West on defining what it means to be a woman in tech. The talk is framed around Virginia Woolf's "A Room of One's Own".

I'm going to dump some of the ideas I came across in researching the talk in this doc. Thought I'd share it so we can collaborate.

Web Fundamentals and Web Starter Kit: Resources for Modern Web Development

The web is a rich computing platform with unparalleled reach. In recent years, mobile devices have brought the web to billions of new users and introduced many new device capabilities, screen sizes, input methods, and more. To help developers navigate this brave new world, we built Web Fundamentals (https://developers.google.com/web/fundamentals/), a curated source for modern best practices. Today, we’re making it even easier to build multi-device experiences with the Beta release of the Web Starter Kit (https://developers.google.com/web/starter-kit/).

Chrome Apps docs revamp! Much cleaner structure landed today. Stay-tuned for more big changes to come.

And as always, please give us more feedback on how we can help you learn more about Chrome Apps!
Chrome Apps have access to Chrome APIs and services not available to traditional web sites. You can build powerful apps that interact with network and hardware devices, media tools, and much more. Here's a short list of examples: Shells (VMWare, Citrix, SSH, RDP or VNC clients) ...

Story
Introduction
I'm a writer, relentless towards the deadline, empathetic towards the reader (and my co-authors).

It bugs me when people have rooms in a house that go unused.
Bragging rights
I try to perform small acts of kindness each day. I use my wedding crystal.
