Breakfast is great and the full kitchen is clean and contemporary. It is the only place I stay when I come to St. Cloud. My only complaint is the shower pressure.

This hotel is running a scam!! We stayed there last Wednesday. When we called on Thursday after our stay they told us that our $200 pet deposit would be credited back to the card by the following Monday. On Tuesday they charged us for the deposit. When we called yesterday they told us there was excessive dog poop all over the floor after we checked out, which is a flat out LIE. There was zero poop in that room. They're trying to steal $200 from us. I can only assume that management is padding their pockets with deposits they are stealing from their customers. We have 3 witnesses. If our money is not returned, the corporate office will be hearing from our lawyer & we will go to court with this if we have to.

The hotel was nice and clean. A more up to date feel. The only down side is the hotel is next to a couple party houses. There where college kids going back and forth to the house and downtown.

Our rooms were being paid for by a partnering business with the hotel and the front staff seemed very cold and angry with us that we weren't paying for our own rooms and they were under the partnerships name.. if they had nicer staff, it would be a perfect hotel.

Booked through Hotwire with guarantee it'd sleep 2 adults and two kids but didn't mention that meant the smallest queen sized bed I'd ever seen and a small pull out couch. There were hairs in the bathtub from the previous occupant and the carpet didn't seem vacuumed. There was a lot of outdoor traffic noise but the interior of the hotel itself was quiet. Breakfast was a disappointment... Cold eggs, no fresh fruit, few non-carb laden items. I've stayed in better accommodations but have definitely seen worse. Nothing special about this place but not a "roach coach" either. My stay was adequate.

I travel a lot for business and stay in a lot of hotels. Grandstand St. Cloud is the closest to feeling like home for me. The staff is nice, the rooms are clean, and there is both wireless and wired internet. Plenty to do within walking distance. Good food and spirits in the area. Only thing that would make it better is a more comfortable mattress. They are very stiff.

The room was very nice, but the staff never seemed to be at the front counter. The continental breakfast was laughably bad. Powdery eggs, bland pastries, and stale granola with flavorless yogurt.

The hotel room was nice. Breakfast was disgusting. The front desk person was never there. When I came to check in, the person was outside smoking. They also were very rude when I called to ask about razers. The rooms are nice but the staff needs work.
