Jay Barber: If you lost everything because of Gameloft's bug in update 18, we will not get anything returned. Go to where you downloaded the game(Microsoft Store, App Store, Google Play, ect...) and file a complaint with the customer service. File a report against every purchase you made for bundles . Then go to your credit card company and file a report for fraudulent charges against Gameloft for every purchase you made for this game. Most credit card companies have fraud protection. It may take some time but it might get some of your money back. Plus if where you got the game has a place to rate the game, go there and give them the lowest rating and report just how they ripped us all off. Even if you already rated them , you will be able to change it and update your reporting. At least you might save some other poor soul the horror of dealing with this deceitful company. COPY AND PASTE THIS at every opportunity here and all of Gameloft and March Of Empires social media pages. Thank you.
