I used to love going here, however lately, the wait to get your food becomes longer and longer, and this places isn't even that busy. The last time I visited with a friend (both of us are pregnant), we brought our kids with us. There were three kids in total. The place only had 8 other customers inside, and from the time we ordered to the time we finally got our food was over an hour. We sat there over 45 minutes waiting on someone to come and refill our drinks. We couldn't even find our waitress to ask for water as she was nowhere in sight. So there we all sat, 2 pregnant women and our kids, sucking on ice cubes, because that was all we had. We watched 3 people that came in and ordered after us, get their food before we did, get their checks, AND get boxes for their leftovers. After our food finally arrived (2 small personal sized pizzas, 1 calzone, 1 kid's spaghetti), most of it was cold. But we were so hungry we ate it anyway. We asked our waitress for more water at that time, and she said she'd be right back. 10 minutes later, we're still waiting. Not knowing what else to do, this time we get up to ask for water, and we're pretty angry. Finally someone comes and brings our water out, and does apologize for not bringing it out sooner. After we left, the waitress (thinking we weren't watching her) made faces at us. Nice. After calling the manager to report that situation, at no time did I get an apology for the service. "Well we're busy" and "I don't know what you want me to do about it" was all I got. He said he'd try to make it better the next time, but in all honesty, I won't be back for a very long time. At least not until they can get a more mature staff involved.
