Took a class there and the staff was always helpful and quick to make sure I was being helped. Most of the staff is more than willing to go out of their way to help get everything you need. The teacher, Carly, was very good about educating and making sure that you have the correct form. All parts of the class experience were positive. The members in the repair shop were very nice and professional, especially Quincy. If I ever need anything I will definitely be going back to Bill's shop. It is always nice to see a small family owned business, and the staff makes you feel welcomed. They are very good with kids too!

Absolutely the best staff i have ever done business with! I am new to archery and the staff were great to work with. I got to meet the owner of the shop and he was great to talk to. Funny thing was the shop sold me a Mathews Chill X which by the way is a tack driver! Anyways Hoyt had a demo that day but i walked out with my Mathews. Pellegrinos will be my go to shop for all archery. I recommend this shop to anyone looking to get into archery the staff is super friendly and are full of knowledge.

What a pleasant experience going to the Archery Hut on Dec 18, 2014. My grandson and I practiced with our compound bows for three hours and enjoyed the well lighted indoor shooting range, the low volume music in the range area, the great service, the soft spoken and well informed staff, and overall experience. I would recommend visiting the Hut and looking at their rental bows, lessons, and new equipment. Overall great fun! Tim Greeley, Colorado

I just bought a used Mathews bow (new to shooting a bow and want to get into bow hunting) I looked up this shop on line and went there. This great Mom and Pop shop was so helpful!!! They walked me through every detail on how my bow should be sized and what sites I should use that work best for what I want. Then they took me back to the indoor bow range and had me draw my bow and schooled me on proper form and all the do's and don'ts. I can't wait to pick up my bow today with everything sized to fit me. They also had a large amount of inventory on supplies and hunting gear that you will not find in a big box store. These are the people to know when it comes to bow hunting and shooting!!! I will be shopping here for many years to come. Thank you Pellegrino's family and looking forward to taking classes and learning this new hunting sport !!!

Took a one-hour learning session here. The teacher quickly went over the basics and had us shooting in no time. She would give us pointers every now and then and was very accommodating to make sure we were comfortable. There was another large party at the time and it didn't really slow us down.

We got to spend several hours learning the basics and being given fantastic attention by the friendly staff. We don't feel we were over sold on expensive gear and what we did buy we were given proper training at our own pace. Afterwards we were allowed to shoot for hours at the indoor archery range. Despite the elevated pace of Black Friday shopping we weren't neglected nor forgot about. I can't say enough good about bill and his staff. they clearly have a dedication to customer satisfaction and it is apparent in everything they do! We really appreciate everything they did for us today and we will certainly be back frequently for more advice and to shoot at the range.

Would leave a 0 zero if possible! Haven't had my own bow in 15 years. I told them that when I went in there and I believe I was taken advantage of. Bought a Hoyt charger and everything else to set up a bow. Other than peep and screwing my sight and rest onto my new bow they didn't do anything. I could have ordered everything on the internet, saved money and done that myself! Cam timing was off by at least a half inch. Tiller was out by at least an 1/8 or so. Top cam had a slight bit of lean as well. Went to show my archery buddy my new bow and he pointed all this out to me. Good thing he has a bow press and we were able to tune it properly. Needless to say after the bow was tuned the d loop and sights all had to be moved to the proper location. My bill was over 1000 and this is how a brand new shooter was treated by the only "pro" shop in town. My arrows were cut too long as well. I actually called Hoyt to see if this was normal. I though they would want to know their bows were being sent out shooting like crap. Imagine if I took this bow elk hunting based on their setup and tried to shoot a fixed blade broad head. I will never spend another dollar with these people and I will make sure this story will be told to anyone that wants to know. In the last week I've had to teach myself all the ins and outs, tuning and everything because I don't have a close trustworthy pro shop. I could go on and on why tho is so messed up but I'm sure you get the idea. One more thing! If tuning a bow wasn't normal practice don't you think a new shooter would want to have at least been explained that and given the option? This was actually told to me by the Hoyt rep over the phone.

The quality of service I enjoyed with the team at Bill's Archery Hut is something special. Friendly, helpful, willing to go the extra mile for their customer. What more can I say, I couldn't have asked for any better service if I could imagine it. Thanks to Bill, Arlice, Kurt, and the rest of the team. I would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend this Proshop to anyone and everyone. Thanks again.
