The guys down at the archery hut are professional and helpful with the costumers time and were able to answer all my questions. And perform the maintenance for my bow that needed to be done. I have shopped at the archery hut for 14 years and have never walked away unsatisfied. Thanks for all the help -Steve Marshall

I cannot accurately describe how wonderful the Archery Hut is. From the moment I walked in two years ago (with a bow I didn't even buy there), I was treated perfectly. They set up my bow, provided accurate advice and even had lengthy discussions with me about the ins and outs of various products in order for me to get the best gear for the type of hunting that I do (predominately in Alaska). Fast forward two years when that bow was stolen from me-- The archery hut publicly offered a reward for the lost bow, Bill even went as far to post the bow/reward to his Facebook page and to multiple archery forums. THEN, when the bow was not returned, Bill & Arlys offered the $200 reward to me towards a new bow! He worked with me (as well as multiple other staffers) as I shot nearly every bow in the shop to figure out the bow I wanted, I shot his personal arrows to see if I liked them and eventually I walked out of the store with a phenomenal product. I want to stress how absolutely wonderful every single person that works at the Archery Hut is! THANK YOU BILL & ARLYS!!!

Great staff, great products, honest service. Bought a mission by Matthews bow there a couple months ago and they have been so incredibly helpful. I can't recommend going there enough if you are a beginner like myself.

After taking my Mathews Creed to another shop for cam buzz and them saying everything was normal. It still bugged me. So when up in Colorado Springs I had them check the bow out they heard the same buzz I was hearing. Within 5minutes they had it isolated put on a new cam and is a joy to shoot. Even though they were busy they took time to check it and also let us try some new bows for future purchases. We will for sure be back.

Live in Parker and have been to almost every bow shop in the state. Bill's archery shop is hands down the best one around. Staff is friendly, patient, and very talented. Well worth the hour drive for me.These guys and ladies know everything there is to know about this sport. I will never go anywhere else for my archery needs. Great place for the whole family!

Frankly, I don't do customer reviews...I'm Old School and "customer service" is expected. However, I walked into Bill Pellegrino's Archery Hut thinking about buying a bow and walked out 2 hours later with a handful of literature and a firm commitment to buy a high-end bow (with all the accoutrements) from this shop. Quincy, a young staff member who's a senior in high school, is perhaps the most knowledgeable person I've ever met on the subject. Patient, professional and passionate about the outdoor Craft, which are traits that I casually observed from the owner, Bill, and the other young lady on staff. Quincy spent just under 2 hours explaining every aspect of archery, components, technique as well as a number of other things. He also took me to the back range area and I shot several models, which he adjusted for my long arms. So with this review, I give 5-stars and highly recommend Bill Pellegrino's Archery Hut for all of your archery needs.

There are times that I wish Google would allow a 6-star rating because this shop would get it from me. Outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. These guys went above and beyond to educate me and let me shoot multiple different new bows before I settled on which to buy. The advice and help was top notch. When I did want to order a bow, they worked with the manufacturer to get a rush delivery on it to accommodate my travel plans. I know there are other great employees here, I just happened to work with Quincy and/or Chris. Either one of these guys are great to work with and extremely knowledgeable in the sport.

Life is just good when you find a little gem like Bill's shop. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and the shop is filled with high-end, quality archery bows and accessories. Bill himself is an outstanding craftsman, personable and really goes the extra mile for his customers. It really doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a pro. I drove 1.5 hours each way just to purchase a bow from his shop and if that doesn't tell you something, I don't know what will. This message is for any serious yourself a favor and get into Bill's shop and get setup properly.
