Too bad I couldn't give it a ZERO star!! I can't believe their average is 3.8 stars. What a joke!! I completely disagree - there's no way Oliver Garden delivers that kind of service. Seriously, the worst service I have ever seen in my 50 years of life - and I've been to restaurants all over the world!! I expected to have the attention of my server, sufficient enough to remember what we ordered and to bring each course in the correct order. My server this time was Marshall. He pestered us to order the second we sat down. When we needed more time, we had to wait more than 10 minutes, and then had to resort to using their Ziosk (another annoying thing about Olive Garden) to alert him that we needed him to come take our order. Delivery of food....well, he had some guy from the back run the breadsticks out immediately, and then.....NOTHING. We sat and sat. Finally, he shows up with the entree's - did you see a mention of soup / salad? No? That's because he forgot. Was he busy? Yes. He was busy snapping a towel at some girl in passing, chatting it up with two other tables, chatting it up in the back with a couple other servers. He realized he forgot the soup / salad in the middle of serving the entree's....and then he asks us, "Do you still want them?". What? Finally, after another 5 minutes, he brings out the soup and salad. And to top it off, the soup was the wrong one. Sadly, we felt so annoyed - awkward - like we were not welcome or valued - we just kept quiet and ate a little, then decided to settle the check and leave. How was the food? The Portobello Ravioli was huge, and were no sun-dried tomatoes on top. What was on top were regular "out of the can" stewed tomatoes. And the Steak Gorgonzola w/Fettucini Alfredo? Yea, more like Fettucini Gorgonzola with steak tips. It was so overpowering I couldn't eat it. Did I mention he brought us bread sticks only 15 minutes after he said he would bring us more breadsticks - about 2 minutes before I paid and left? What a waste. He got a penny tip and a curt note about how awful a server he turned out to be. So disappointed - won't ever go there again. Oh, after another server delivered our "take-home" boxes and realized we had a rough go, the manager comes to our table...and what did he expect? For me to make a scene right there and then? Service and food - terrible.

Enjoyed the day here. Dinner was good not great. My server probably had a bad day. The manager was great. I had an alcoholic drink that I didn't like instead he swapped with something better. Good experience. Thank you.

Called ahead to reserve a spot. Our group of three arrived at the exact time instructed by the hostess on the phone. When we got there they acted as if we hadn't made a reservation. The main hostess told us it would be "2 minutes" and had us wait in the entrance of the dining area. After about 15 minutes I started to get irritated. There were 4 parties of three, there AFTER us that were seated before we were. The hostess' were very unprofessional and unfriendly. They sat at the front gossiping and eating candy instead of doing their jobs. Finally I complained about the wait, the hostess had totally forgot that we were waiting for her to seat us! I can't imagine how she could we were literally standing about 4 feet in front of her the whole time. We finally got seated, the manager came over to speak to us, he was great. We also loved our waitress. My experience was excellent once we got to our seats. But before that it was downright painful.

We go here probably once a month at least and get crappy service almost every time. The last time we went it was horrible. Ordered an appetizer, never got it, the server was rude and was soooo lazy. Took the survey that night on the receipt and never heard from them. Will be making the drive to the Sandy location from now on.

The food was pretty good, but I felt like I was consuming a lot of grease, especially in the bread sticks. The eggplant parmesan was one of the only vegetarian dishes on the menu, and it wasn't inspiring. You get what you pay for.

The food was the usual great Olive Garden food but Sabrina, our Server, was outstanding. Kudos Sabrina. We also did not wait long to be seated. For a Mother's Day, that's rare and a pleasant suprise.

I didn't even get a chance to try their food because we called for take out and had to call about ten times (no exaggeration) to get them to answer. Then, once they did, we were told they would connect us with a "to-go specialist" we got put on hold and waited....and waited........AND WAITED. Finally someone answered and then? HUNG UP. Yeah. Not even gonna try to eat there now. What a bunch of idiots.
