Meet Lily, Sesame Street's newest resident. She is a 7 year old whose family is food insecure (they don't know where their next meal is coming from) and was created specifically to address the now 1 in 4 children for whom this is a reality.

I praise Sesame Workshop for tackling this difficult issue and hope that the message reaches the children for whom it is intended - you are not alone, people care about your situation, and are doing our best to help.
