This place is not bad at all. The room's are cozy, lobby for the building was nice T5. The arcade room was pretty small and only two machine's worked the rest was busted some without a sign so it steals your coins. The swimming pools are nice, not deep the most 3'6", not so clean, and not enough floaters. The exercise room is bug but very little machine's. They have in certain building's pool table and ping pong table. The room service was a bit slow but that's mostly because the building's are far apart. The free Wi-Fi is ok not so strong. Parking is hell on earth, a long wait if your not in early. Overall the place is worth a stay, I would recommend for family, couple's, or alone.

Are you freaking kidding me! I love this place so much. The rooms are so big and cool and cozy. It has great views. Its so cool. The pools are to die for, the arcade/game room is unbelievable!! I'm coming here next tomorrow which is August 1st. I've been here like 2-3 times now and I recommend it to everyone. The shuttle saves you a lot to go to the Disney theme parks and it's so amazing. Orlando is beautiful and creative. I love it. -----------------------Reminiscing----------------------- I remember there was a time when I was here that we had the touch screen computer like next to our inside room door and it was so easy and amazing to use. Wyndham is lovely and beautiful, I use them everywhere in America I go to. They never fall my hand. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Thumbs up to them. WYNDHAM!! Is UHMAZING.

we went to hear a presentation with friends that are gold members. First night there they put all four of us up at the best western hotel ( what a dump ) .. then 2nd and 3rd night we stayed at the wyndham grand hotel over looking a rooftop with no balcony. worst rooms possible.... we talked to at least 6 different people working for the wyndham club and complained to all of them..... they did nothing except to tell us how members should never stay in the hotel portion of the resort but should always stay in one of the condos...... on top of all the trouble we had, they had the nerve to charge us $25.00 a day for BS taxes and $24.00 a day for parking...... so we had to pay to listen to there presentation..... and they really expected us to become owners/members ???????..... so we can be treated like our gold owner friends........ we found the wyndham grand resort to be way over priced for what you get.... for the two of us we spent $68.00 just for breaksfast. dinner was priced even higher so we went out to eat...... I can go on but it is not worth wasting my time over..... JUST STAY AWAY FROM THE WYNDHAM CLUB AND THERE PROPERTIES ...............

First time at Bonnet Creek Resort. Facility was pretty good but was not told about several other perks. You could only get pool towels from two locations which was not told to my family during check in, there was no shuttle or transportation from Tower to Tower. The shuttle bus service to the different theme parks was almost absent or did not exist. Every time I asked an employee a question I was told " I dont speak english". It was hard for me to get answers to my questions. No one answered the phones at the front desk after 9:30 and dont even try to call the concierge desk after 9:30 because you will have to leave a message. Dont think I would visit this resort for sometime. I think for a resort of that size service could have been alot better.

Let me start off by saying I'm a Wyndham Time share owner and because of this I try to stay at Wyndham resorts when I travel (if I have the points to do so). This was booked because I had points to burn and wanted to visit a resort I had not visited yet and this resort had lots of free things to do for the family. The swimming pools were awesome, especially the lazy rivers (yes there is more than 1 lazy river). There is an arcade on sight but was very expensive for the games (sorry as an owner I do not expect to pay 2-3 dollars per game). There is also miniature golf on sight and I was disappointed I did not get to try it out. My family and I are pizza connoisseurs so we know our pizzas and thus I would not recommend ordering the pizza from the restaurant on sight, it was not good and pretty pricey. The bar next to Tower 4 was nice, but just so you know the drinks are expensive so I recommend you bring your own alcohol. As for the room, it was like an apartment, which is what you expect from a Wyndham resort. The master bed room is a bit small but then again you have a huge jacuzzi tub to have a pool party in (as well as a separate room that houses the toilet and a stand up shower). The guest room for the kids (with double beds) was really nice and a good amount of room. The only issue I had with the master restroom was the shower, the shower was not cleaned thoroughly and there were pubic hairs inside the shower floor. Yes gross, but I have to give the ugly with the good. Overall, it was a really nice resort and I would definitely stay here again. I would have given the resort 5 stars but the uncleanness of the master bathroom shower prohibited me from doing so as well as insufficient handicap parking.

Beautiful resort. Theme park like pools with Pirates of the Caribbean motif, lazy rivers & slides, gorgeous grounds & landscaping. Rooms and furnishings are upper scale. Service is top notch with very friendly and helpful staff. Really don't need to go anywhere...it's all here.

Not pet friendly. Someone who works here said they had spoken with management when I had my well behaved dog at the bar. He said the dog had to leave after corhorsing with his employees for 20 minutes while we enjoyed drinks and watched TV. He told me my dog couldn't be at the bar and said it was breaking Federa law (which was lie number one) including being outside on the patio at a dog friendly hotel. I left and asked someone at the front to speak with a manager and guess who she went to go get? The same exact person who said he had spoken with management regarding my dog at the bar. When I confronted this person about it he said management was not on site and he also said he had not truly spoken with management which was lie number 2. After this false manager could not handle a man to man discuss and felt threaten (like George Zimmerman) he called security. The same fake manager told my family memeber (who was still at the bar) after I left that I could have my dog outside on the patio which contradicts his previous statment. The security guard who was very professional can back this up. Never again with this place. Leave your pets at home folks.

Stayed here for an extended weekend, What a wonderful place. There is so much to do here without leaving the resort. Very clean, woke up in the morning and was sitting on the balcony and watched how the staff was cleaning the bbq grill brick by brick. They try to get you to listen to a timeshare pitch when you pick up your parking pass but once you tell them your not interested they back off and don't pressure you anymore. We will be staying here again, next time for longer.
