What role is the election playing in commercial real estate? You may be surprised by the answer…it’s even affecting the rate of shopping mall vacancies:  http://www.pe.com/business/business-columns/commercial-real-estate-headlines/20121008-real-estate-major-mall-vacancies-declining.ece

What is the draw of luxury branded real estate headed in today’s economy? What does throwing a well-known name behind a piece of property mean? As this article states, the name of someone like “Versace” can carry a great deal of weight, even when it comes to real estate:  http://www.cnbc.com/id/49638752

We sent out this letter (fromhttp://www.bradleyscohenassetmanagement.com)  to our investors at the tail end of 2009. While things were somewhat rough economically back then, it appears that 2012 has been a year of albeit slow promise for commercial real estate. One example of this:  industrial vacancy rates are expected to decline from 10.7 percent to the third quarter of this year to 10.5 percent in the third quarter of 2013.

Is the commercial real estate market making its comeback? It appears to be that way. This article has special importance for those looking at the Phoenix market:  http://realtybiznews.com/commercial-real-estate-in-todays-economy/98712716/
