Mick Rich Contractors completed an extensive renovation of our 18,000 square foot office complex. The complex had been neglected for years and was in so bad of condition it might just have been demolished. They were very considerate of our budget limitations and worked hard to control costs. They worked through the red tape of the permitting, and changing city requirements and inspections. They worked with us to take our design ideas and improve upon them. Our "new" facility is up to code, modern, and beautiful. We would happily work with Mick Rick Contractors again on future projects.

I wish I had read their reviews before using them. The measurement technician was scheduled to be at my home today, Friday at 9 am. I called at 3 pm to find out why he still had not arrived. The person on the phone said he was running a LITTLE late and might be there NEXT TUESDAY!!!

I have been coming to this shop for years. For many years, they were Big-O Tires. The name has changed, but the people and the service has not. Rose knows tires and cars in general. She has always been honest, fair, and trustworthy. Work is always done timely and professionally. As long as Rose manages this shop, I will be a loyal customer.

I have been a customer since I moved to Edgewood in 1997 when it was the locally-owned Truett's Propane. Since the company was bought out by the big national corporation, service has continuously deteriorated. We have been paying extra for "KEEP FULL" service, but the tank continually runs completely empty. I have to miss work to stay home and wait for a delivery driver to refill the tank and do the safety inspection necessary when it runs empty. This Christmas the tank ran empty with a houseful of guests and a turkey inn the oven. Today is the 3rd time this winter that the propane has run completely out leaving my whole family in the cold. Calls to the company for help yield only lame excuses. We are filing a complaint with the PRC and switching to another provider. I have never experienced a more incompetent business in my life. They do not care one little bit about leaving families in the cold.
