Very easy to make!!! Squash, portabella mushrooms, green pepper, and onions. Spices-garlic, pink himalayan sea salt, pepper, cilantro, and basil. Taste good and healthy 😃. I don't know what to call this!!! This is my own creation! Colon cancer is one of the most preventable cancers. Colorectal cancer is a "food-related" cancer. Everything you eat passes over the lining of your digestive tract. The lining of the large intestine and the rectum at the lower end of the digestive tube contains waste, digestive fluids, bile acids and fiber. That lining is bathed by chemicals in food, your own hormones and secretions, and healthy and unhealthy bacteria. The contents of your intestines have a direct impact on the health of the cells lining the bowel. Colorectal cancer is directly impacted by your diet.

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 yellow onion, chopped
4 to 6 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
Fresh diced tomatoes (14.5 ounces) (add about 1/4. - 1/2 cup water when cooking the chili)
black beans (15 ounces)
2 bells peppers, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
1 cup quinoa, rinsed (uncooked)
4 green onions, chopped

A little salt may be needed. 󾌸

Here is the recipe that I used. I try my best to stay away from canned food. I don't cook with canned food. I used fresh roma tomatoes and black beans from a bag.
