#Fireplace roasting gourmet. An #Italian Dinner Winter Classic :)
A lovely fine-dining experience: roasting bread at the fireplace. Add a bit of salt, oil and serve. Your guests will be breathless :)

Really interesting article about revenue and SEO
In 2012, I was privileged to handle SEO for some of the biggest Norwegian e-commerce sites. This is the story about how I doubled (and even tripled) revenue for them by following a simple, easy, yet unconventional approach that anyone — even you — can implement starting today. At the heart of this accomplishment lie […]

We came here for lunch on a quite busy day. We've been given a table next to a window, and we were sorrounded by midges. The worst was that the midges were literally dipping into the sauce of the pasta and you had to remove them with you're fingers, which was quite disgusting. Also we've asked the waiter for a different table but we've been told that none were available. They closed the window but the midges were already inside and we kept eating as we were hungry. About the food. I've had a marinara pasta, so overloaded with garlic that I could not really taste the flavour of the fish. The pasta itself was overcooked but that's often the case in Australia (I'm Italian). The taste of the calamari wasn't really great, let's say less than an average fish and chips shop. The service: as we were sitting quite far from the bar and the kitchen we've rarely seen the waiter. we never had our water refilled, we've not got offered parmesan topping, but I've seen that the table next to us had. No one asked for coffee or dessert after the meals, even though we've waited a while... In the past we've been at George's in eagle Street and it was a completely different experience.

If you're after a delicious, traditional Italian pizza that's the place, especially if you don't live nearby the city! Great prices and a good variety of flavors. They also make "pizza al metro" which is great to taste and share with your friends. Also don't miss on the Italian drinks selection, Aperol spritz is in particular my favorite.

Used to be one of my favorites places for authentic pizza. Now the dough has changed and it feels rubbery, not crispy, especially on the edges. The toppings though stayed of a good quality.

The best pizza around. We are from Brisbane and we come here every time we're in the area.
