I was trying to get some shots while it was perched, but the dog made sure I didn't get any of those. (This was in our front yard.)

"The robocars never had front-end collisions, but they were 50 percent more likely than conventional cars to get rear-ended. This makes sense: a robotic car is particularly good at watching where it goes, and the carbon-based driver in the following car is not."

Or maybe the cars don't behave as normal drivers do, providing misleading cues to the drivers behind.

My bet is they brake much harder in some situations than normal drivers would (which doesn't give the cars behind them enough time to react), or they start/stop at intersections more than normal.

The pace at the permanent location inside the Ferry Building is fortunately a little faster than glacial pace at other locations, but whatever you do avoid the Blue Bottle cart that they setup outside on Farmers' market days - you'll die of old age before you get a cup of coffee.

The baristas really need to drink more of their own product, and lean to pipeline the ordering and coffee making process. Oh, but if they actually made the coffee at a reasonable pace they wouldn't have the mile long lines out front to make them look ubertrendy.

Fogo is the best of the Brazilian Churrascarias. Consistently good food at all of their venues. Extreme amounts of beef.
