obviously, carrabbas don't read their e-mails. over a week ago i wrote of our bad meal at carrabbas east trail. at 4 p.m. only a dozen or so customers, there was no bread ready to have with salad and soup. bread finally came after we were done. ordered steak and lobster ravioli. wife ordered med. it was med rare, blood running on plate. i ordered med. well, it as flat as a hamburger patty and cooked to death. i asked waitress why my steak looked like a hamburger patty? she told me they have to put a press on it to get it med. well. had told hold back my laugfhter, said i wanted another, manager agreed and asked med. well?? yes.. 10 minutes later, with my side dishes now cold, out came my steak--yup-med rare, blood all over plate. no one came back to ask me how it was, so asked for check and left

Look people - this location is the busiest Carrabba's location in the nation so get ready for a wait to eat - in season or not. Food - consistently good. Atmosphere - busy but nice. Price is very reasonable. Happy hour specials are great so getting a spot at the bar is a hassle, but if you expect the bartenders to give you a smile and a warm welcome you are at the wrong place. These bartenders are so busy you are more likely to see them curse under their breaths, bark orders to each other, and barely look up at you - clearly an opportunity for Carrabba's.

When we first moved down to Southwest Florida we enjoyed our eating experience here. Unfortunately, last year we had dinner but the veal marsala was lacking in flavor much less meat. Last night we decided to give it one more try. Mussel app came out cold, sent back to be re-warmed. Ordered dinner, never received the soup with the veal marsala. Again, hardly any meat, lying in a pool of olive oil and no marsala flavor. The Johnny Rocco salad has since shrunk in size. Bartenders were very inattentive having to ask several times for re-fills of wine, and reminding that we never received the soup. Hence we will not be back here again.
