Absolute worst dentist you can go to. Dr. Shirazi is rude, unprofessional and does not care about his patients at all. He's only in it for the money and will lie about how much a procedure will cost up front. He will call, threaten you and say he's going to take you to court until your balance is paid. On top of it, his whole staff is rude and will hang up on you if they're frustrated, so you can never get your issue resolved unless you go into their office. Only so they can harass you more. STAY AWAY. Edit: Dr. Shirazi says it all in his post. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and SIMPLY DOES NOT CARE! From his own words "AND THE REST, LIKE I SAID....IF YOU EVER USED A TOOTH BRUSH OR FLOSS, YOU WOULDN'T BE IN SUCH BAD SHAPE. SINCE YOU DIDN'T... NOW YOU HAVE DENTAL BILLS..... AND PAY YOUR BILL!!!!!!!!!" That's how you promote your business? Yeah... don't even bother wasting your time.

I have been patient of Water Tower Dental for two years, my experiences have been nothing but excellent. No problems at all, I am always treated with respect, fast and efficient. The office always give me an estimate of cost prior to the procedure, thus far the estimates have been on target. Dr Shirazi teaches procedures to other dentists and I don't think these dentist would study under him if he were not professional, did not practice good hygiene or was rude to his patients or students. I was a field medical corpsman in the military (Viet Nam), I was taught good hygiene during training and know it when I see it. I always observe hygiene of all medical professionals I come into contact (Old habits do not go away)

DO NOT go here! The dentist is sloppy and doesn't care. It's like he doesn't want to be at work and always makes you feel you're asking too many questions that he just wants to get rid of. I had my Invisialign done there over a year ago and to this day my teeth are worse than they were before the Invisalign. The dentist made wide incisions in between my lower teeth to give space while the teeth were moving and realigning. The problem is, he is so damn sloppy and doesn't even pay attention that the whole was too big and now I have all kinds of food being stuck in my lower teeth and I NEVER had that problem for 30 years prior to the procedure. When I complained, he said, "Why didn't you tell me sooner before we made the retainer? I cannot do anything about it now." Well, the reason I didn't say anything before is because it's YOUR job to watch my teeth while you are doing a procedure on them. I cannot see my own mouth and they constantly were moving so I don't know what's write or wrong - I've never had Invisialign before this. The upper teeth had a space that I was trying to fill and now there are two small spaces - he should have told me that before. Lastly, I use a retainer every night for the past year and half since the procedure was over. When I asked how long I have to wear the retainer, he said for life. What!!!??? Why was this not told to me before the procedure started? I would never pay $3500 cash so that I would be required to wear a retainer for life. Save yourself money and a bad experience. I've been to dentists before where they smiled and greeted you warmly. Not this place.

Dental hygienests were alright, but dentist can be rude, impersonable, and very unprofessional.

This place is a nightmare. The internal staff is rude and threatens members of your family when you are not available. Do not believe the initial quote they give you as mine was over six times the amount given. They do NOT do pre determinations which determine if you're insurance will pay for your claims or not. If they tell you this, do not believe them as I did and now am paying 800 dollars for a regular cleaning. They have too many clients to really care about you as a person. You're just a number at this dentistry. I'd recommend going to any place but here, even if it's well out of the way.

I have always had a great experience at Watertower Dental. Dr. Shirazi and his staff provide as good an experience as can be expected at the dentist. I find all of the folks at Watertower Dental to be professional and engaging. I've been going to Watertower Dental for over 10 years and I've always been completely satisfied with the treatment I have received.
