The hotel was fantastic, especially as this was the first time I'd been there since the remodel. The lobby looks beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, albeit a bit smaller than in other hotels. For the price and location, however, it was perfect. I will definitely be staying again the next time I need to be in STL.

Everything was clean, bathrooms and rooms were so pretty, the hotel itself is beautiful, near many great places, food in the lobby is amazing. Loved it. 4/5 though, because it is fairly loud at night

Location was excellent, walking distance to the arch and Busch stadium (I was there for Paul McCartney at Busch stadium). Service was friendly and prompt, everyone was very helpful. Room was small with upscale furnishings and decor as well as granite counter and tiled shower.

View is the city and the arch, over looking Bucsh Stadium. The staff was extremely nice. Breakfast was great and the room was fantastic. I always try to stay at a Hyatt if possible and would recommend this one to everyone.

I visited with a friend and we had a wonderful view of the arch and the rest of the city. We spent a good amount of time in the city but while in the room we ordered food and it arrived precisely when they said it would and the food was good! The only thing is they have a limited menu. The cleaning service kept our room clean even with all our stuff all over the place and in a timely manner.

Great experience at the Hyatt! Nice, clean rooms with a modern style made for some great relaxation. Just a block away from the Arch and two blocks from the baseball stadium there was plenty to do! The staff was extremely friendly and were kind enough to give me a room upgrade as it was my birthday!
