As a company committed to inclusion for all, we celebrate this historic occasion with our LGBT colleagues, guests, and allies, and are delighted that the lifelong commitments they make will finally receive equal respect and recognition. ‪#‎marriageequality
Today, we join the United States in celebrating history. This is more than celebrating during Pride month, more than wearing purple to support the Spirit Day. This is about celebrating that, in the U.S., as well as a growing list of countries, the lifelong commitment any two people choose to make to one another will […]

The Hyatt is one of the best hotels in downtown St. Louis. The newly renovated rooms, the spacious gym, 3 restaurants, a Starbucks and the very friendly staff just adds to its central location right next to the Arch and its great value. This hotel is good for any occasion. They have large family friendly suites on the South East corner with perfect Arch and river-view as well as quiet king rooms on upper levels for the tired business travelers. I recommend this hotel for everybody who is planning to spend a couple of nights in St. Louis!

Had a great room with a view of the arch. Hotel had great service with the valets, front desk staff, and attached hotel bar. Hotel room was clean and was promptly cleaned for us when we left for a few hours. While the valet was fairly pricey, it was expected for the hotels location. Within 15 minutes to the stadium, 7-10 to the at h right next door, and lots of quick cab rides to bars and restaurants.

The hotel seems nice enough, nothing to write home about, you could likely get the same comfort at a holiday Inn express. The parking is unacceptable. Their lot will always fill, making you have to park at "the mansion house" lot. This lot is where people disappear. No signs telling you how to escape the prison, no elevators. We essentially just walked back the way we drove in. We banded together with another lost soul for safety. This hotel can't be considered four stars with parking like that.

Our stay here at the Hyatt was the best I've ever had! We reserved the Kings Deluxe Arch View which is one upgrade from regular room, totally worth it!!! We were on 14th floor and had a wonderful view of the arch and the river out of both large windows. The room was very spacious, luxurious and most importantly spotless! Only downside is you can still hear the loud cars passing by on the street. The breakfast was paid for with our hotel room and was worth it, plenty to chose from the buffet not just waffles cereal and muffins here. The whole hotel is very comforting and worth the price. Everyone was respectful to us even though we were both 21. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the city and we will be returning next year when the Gateway construction is complete.

After a weekend stay, I cannot give the Hyatt Regency in St. Louis at The Arch the 4-star rating it boasts. It's a beautiful hotel in a great part of the city, but unfortunately there were several inconsistencies that ultimately resulted in a negative experience. If I find myself in St. Louis again, I will be trying a different 4-star hotel. Cons: - I had my car valeted twice (which is really pricey, but convenient). The first time the man was complaining he was over worked, and just to leave the car he would get to it eventually. The second time, no one was even there and I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up. - The air conditioning in the room didn't work very well or at all, seems like a very old system that is in need of updating. I had to wake up several times during the night to lower it because it kept resetting. - There wasn't any bottled water in the room or a mini-bar for that matter. I was always thirsty and the staff said I could order a bottle of water for $3.50... - The dine in service was very tasty, but extremely expensive! It was $50 for breakfast, which is probably to be expected at a 4-star hotel, but this place doesn't feel worthy of charging that much for food. - The TV was broken. Pros: - Very friendly staff. Guest services helped out finding local attractions. - The dine in service was always very fast, and the food was really good. Although as I mentioned it is expensive. - The room was very nice and the view was great.

The worst service I have ever received from a Hotel. Great location, but that is about it. We reserved and prepaid for a room with a king sized bed over a month in advance and they gave us two full sized beds. We had to try two different times to get the correct room we paid for. The AC unit was broke in the room and the Brew House service was terrible, the server never even gave us a itemized receipt and then changed the tip amount.

We checked in to our room and it absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. We called to the front desk and the front desk associate was absolutely no help whatsoever. She didn't want to hear anything we said, she just kept telling us we were in a non-smoking room and we must be mistaken. It got to the point where she just transferred us to Security. Mr. Griffin, the security supervisor, came to the room and immediately recognized the the smell if cigarettes and called down to get our room changed. His customer service was amazing and he was more professional than the ones at the front desk who were supposed to be customer services reps

Management needs to take a hard look at FIRST IMPRESSIONS. This is a classy motel that should be nothing but a great experience. Arriving at this hotel, you will likely be greeted by the Valet that will advise you to pull forward if self parking. Then, getting out of your car you get smacked in the face from the employees that are smoking within 5 feet of the front door. Their smoke gets on your clothes and in your car. Management needs to review their policy on allowing employees and others to smoke right at the entrance.
