Hyatt Regency St. Louis is proud to continue to support love! As a company committed to inclusion for all, we celebrate this historic occasion with our LGBT colleagues, guests, and allies, and are delighted that the lifelong commitments they make will finally receive equal respect and recognition. ‪#‎marriageequality
Today, we join the United States in celebrating history. This is more than celebrating during Pride month, more than wearing purple to support the Spirit Day. This is about celebrating that, in the U.S., as well as a growing list of countries, the lifelong commitment any two people choose to make to one another will […]

Have stayed here twice and definitely would again. Great downtown location with great views. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Only drawbacks are parking and wifi are not included with the room.

I went there for winter warm up. We didn't stay over night but spent the day there. Had lunch in the restaurant. The food and service was great. All the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was warm and inviting

If any of you guys are looking for dirt cheap hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site. This was an amazing stay! We had a BEAUTIFUL room and a very nice walk in closet and bathroom. Great view as well! It's was super clean and the staff was friendly. The gift shop was convenient. My only complaint is that as much as we spent on out room I feel breakfast should have been free.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was a last minute trip and everything about it was just about as perfect as you can get. We had a king suite overlooking the city the room was huge, the bed was comfortable, the decor was very modern and nice. Everything was very clean and tidy. I am pretty picky with hotel rooms and I was very comfortable here. Parking was easy in the self park garage even for my full size truck. We ate a little dessert at Brewmasters restaurant in the lobby and it was great. Katie at the front desk was great she was fast even dealing with our last minute upgrade to a suite. She was very nice and helpful. I guess the real test for me is if I would stay at a hotel again and I would definitely stay at this hotel again and I'd also recommend it as a good place to stay in downtown stl.

Stayed here for 4 nights with 3 daughters. Everyone who worked there was amazingly friendly and very helpful. At check-in we were given the choice to pick a room facing the arch. There was plenty of construction going on, so the view wasn't the prettiest, but it was a great experience for my children. The arch is just a short walk away. There was a small convenience store just down the street for picking up groceries and avoiding the high hotel costs and refrigerators in room allowed us to stock up on milk for morning cereal and bedtime drinks. Parking is pretty inconvenient if you have a larger vehicle. My SUV wouldn't fit in the hotel parking, so we were forced to park in the public parking garages a couple of blocks away. It was a long haul dragging suitcases and tired kids and slightly inconvenient due to being in and out of the hotel every day and driving to local destinations.

Update: the marketing department has kindly stepped in and fixed this mess. They have moved us to a room more in keeping with the Hyatt reputation and have tried to make our stay more up to their standards. Really, though, the hotel staff should have been on top of these things from the start. Hyatt is not known as a budget hotel but a wolrd leader in high standard hotels. Marketing leadership though is on the ball and cudos to them!

Non-smoking room stank of smoke. Staff addressed immediately - upgraded to a great room with amazing view. Found more trash in this room. Bottom line - house keeping needs some work. Good value when booked on third party sites.

Nice hotel! Looks great! Plus, the Cardinals host their Winter Warm Up there which is a great charity event. Loved the event and the hotel.
