Hyatt Regency St. Louis is proud to continue to support love! As a company committed to inclusion for all, we celebrate this historic occasion with our LGBT colleagues, guests, and allies, and are delighted that the lifelong commitments they make will finally receive equal respect and recognition. ‪#‎marriageequality
Today, we join the United States in celebrating history. This is more than celebrating during Pride month, more than wearing purple to support the Spirit Day. This is about celebrating that, in the U.S., as well as a growing list of countries, the lifelong commitment any two people choose to make to one another will […]

Our three night stay at The Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch was simply amazing. The staff (concierge, guest services, front desk) was genuinely interested in helping us make the most of our short stay in St Louis. Great gym, slightly pricy but really wonderful breakfast buffet, room had everything you could possibly need - can't say enough about the hospitality. We will definitely stay there again.

Valet keyed my brothers car!!! Brand new 2015 $50k sports car with massive deep scratches up and down both sides of the car. We parked on Saturday and the car was in the garage all weekend and didnt move. Car only has 5000 miles it as he just bought it a few months ago. When we got there we were told there was no more parking. There was only valet parking supposedly. Since this is a 6 speed manual 500hp car he didnt want someone else driving it. He was told just to pull through the garage and exit. Trying to find the way out he saw many open parking spaces so he just parked and asked someone at the front desk if that was ok. (Obviously, it's not) They assured him it was as long as he paid the self parking fees, which he did. When he left on Monday the scratches were discovered. When he asked the valet people about it he was told "We can't do anything about it but if you would have valet parked it might be covered". As for the hotel and rest of the staff I have no real complaints but I will never be back. If you have to go here, dont park in the garage. It's safer to park in the middle of the street.

If every Hyatt Hotel is as awesome as this one is, consider then that I'll only ever stay at Hyatt Hotels. The staff at the downtown St Louis location is far and away the best hotel staff I've ever encountered in my entire life of staying in hotels. They always answered my questions and catered to my needs quickly. These people deserve great gratuity. Also surrounded by great eating establishments that also treat you right. I was here for 3 days, and always a pleasure encountering anyone who work here. Congratulations, Hyatt St Louis, you made the top of my list of hotels anywhere!

I'm so sorry to have to provide a poor review....however, I must tell you the truth so that you have the information you need before booking a stay..... Pros: --Booking the room was easy; the reservationist was very friendly and polite --Valet does a great job greeting you --The check in process was easy; staff is very friendly and professional --Bathrooms are clean --Management did deduct a few dollars off the room for our inconvenience, however $50 was not the best recovery for a room they charge $300+ for --Staff very apologetic and probably embarrassed Cons: --Ok, let me first recommend that you stay away from the "family suite" option that they advertise; it's not really a family suite, but rather connecting rooms; Not sure why they don't just say that have "connecting rooms available." --Not sure why I even booked this so called suite again, as I booked it 4 years ago and was disappointed that time as well --The room with the king size bed has carpet that is dark and dreary and should be replaced --The accessories (table, bed-table) need to be replaced; there are knicks and scratches and it just makes the décor look cheap and less than 4 or 5 star --I can't tell you how disgusted my family and I were with the general odor of the king room.....I hate to be graphic, but you need to understand the smell.......it smelled like unclean female genitalia had been locked up in the room for years! The odor got worse when we turned on the heat briefly just to knock the chill off; Now if a cold room can have a musty sex odor, you know what happens if it heats up......it gets worse! --We tried to spray air fresher, but the stench only returned --We then had to deal with dingy bed linens......all the way down to the actual mattress! One side of the bed seemed to have been soiled to the extreme; I recommend they put a new mattress and sheets in that room --I finally called the manager to come to observe our findings and while he tried to make things better with new sheets, duvet, etc, it still need not rid the room of the odor and our concerns with sleeping in the bed --we got hardly any sleep as we just did not feel comfortable in the room --the employee working the gift shop was extremely rude when she was asked if they sold swimming suits; there was no good morning greeting, how can I help you, or any thank you's in that store Again, I hate to have to provide such a graphic review, however, it's a real experience and now I've had two very unsatisfying stays at the Hyatt; Unfortunately, I will not stay at that Hyatt again unless I have no choice and I strongly recommend you find an alternative hotel to stay in.

Came to this hotel for a company event. Parked ourself and had to pay, but was told by the extremely rude staff that if we would have valet parked it would ha e been free. Worst experience i have ever had. Will never come here for any reason again. I suggest youall do the same!!!!!!

Booked a non-smoking room and received a smoking room. I have terrible allergies and couldn't breath. Checked in at 1:30 am due to a delayed flight and was woke by the room phone calling at 5:00 am because they couldn't figure out how to start my car and move it from Valet. Told me I had to come down and move it or they would tow it. 250 a night and I have had better service and experiences, cleaner rooms at a Holiday in Express.

My recent stay was good until the first morning my friend woke up with bed bug bites. I told the hotel and they said they would do an Eco Lab test overnight and let me know the results. The manager told me the results showed no sign of bed bugs. I asked if there was anything he could do because we had proof he was bitten at the hotel with pictures and he told me the only thing he could do was check the room again. What good will that do?! He told me to have a good day and hung up. If you want bed bugs, I suggest saving $300+ dollars a night and staying in a hotel that is known to deliver what you pay for. Yes, this is probably not common in a hotel of this quality but I expected better customer service than what I was provided. My stays at the Hyatt will be turned over to a hotel with better customer service.

We had a good visit here. We recommend a white noise machine to help drown out the crosswalk noise as it does the count down beeper all night long and we were on the west side of the building right on 4th St. Great staff and well kept facilities.
